Absolutely terrible. I drive an hour to the facility only to be told that I can not store my vehicle there due to it being a “commercial vehicle”. I tried to explain that it is not a commercial vehicle and that it is registered and insured as a private vehicle but all I got in response was a shoulder shrug and “owners policy”. It’s not her fault if the owners have a policy to not let in certain vehicles. The annoying part is there’s no warning on the website that certain vehicles are given the made up classification of “commercial”.

I had a 4 seat RZR just up and walk off the lot. It was locked up as best I could get it. This lots advertises how secure it is, and how they have all this video surveillance. Turns out they only store 3 weeks of footage. Seems awfully coincidental that it happened to be stolen between our visits to check up on the RZR AND there was no footage. BEWARE!! They were allowing ANYONE with stolen credentials to get a PIN through their online portal. So even if they had video surveillance, the PIN used to open the gate at that time could have been linked to a stolen credit card. I am not the only person
