The Good :
After performing my diligence and going through countless reviews, I selected this company to mow our lawn. I really wish things ended on a better note. The owner is a really nice guy.
The Bad:
I however found the work they did fairly substandard. On multiple occasions they have mowed our lawn where there were streaks of uncut grass. I wish this business the best of luck, but they were not able to do the job that i requested, even after multiple attempts.
Update: The pictures in question are from MISSED parts of my yard. We have more pictures as well. If the grass is growing too

First time going with JT & Sons Lawn Care this Spring (4/21). Have had several issues with them. Early on, we were able to address them with
an email. They would respond in a timely fashion and correct the issue
in question. Lately however, when you need to talk with customer service (Tiffany), she just ghosts us and doesn't reply to the emails. The current issue we have has been going on now for three weeks. Don't wish to go into detail on all the issues at this point as we hope the communication problem will be resolved very soon. If not, I will post a follow-up review soon

I live out of state, and my parents are in the Bloomington area. They have several properties and one of which has several acres. I've used multiple lawn services in the past and haven't had any luck with the kind of service I was looking for; until I hired, JT & Sons Lawn Care. Since then, I've had no complaints with my rental properties and my parents landscape has never looked better. Their level of detail and costumer service sets a new standard; not to mention, their pricing is very competitive.
