Prete Builders, Inc. was founded in 1978 starting with three employees and a dream. Since then, our family business has expanded to include the Northern Ohio area, from Cleveland to Port Clinton and beyond. We have experienced a steady growth pattern involving custom residential and commercial design, building and remodeling.
The house your company built for me is excellent and feels like home already. The qualities of a custom house are evident in all the workmanship, materials, and attention to details. We had Prete install a new bathtub and tile several years ago. We have fought mold in our bathroom ever since. We have to completely redo the caulking at least a couple of times per year. It makes us wonder what they used for the backing behind the tile. If we had it to do over again, we would skip this builder.
