Services
Gebhardt Homes is a custom design/build firm based in the Edwardsville-Glen Carbon, Illinois area. They pride themselves on their abililty to design and build any style of home, from Traditional and Craftsman to Contemporary or your own unique style. The focus is always on family-friendly, custom homes & designs that are as unique as the people that live in them.
Gebhardt Homes completed our home two months ago. During construction, we lived 850 miles away and the majority of our conversations were over texting, emailing or voice. Very little face to face. Brian was thorough and communicated with us often and was very easy to work with. He always answered our questions immediately and listened to what wanted.
I really like to think outside of the box, which is reflected in my designs and finishes. Each home takes on a unique personality for me (as it does for you), and I try to incorporate that into each home. My personal commitment is apparent to most who see my homes and to all who build with me. I am an open book, and I get as excited about your home as you do!

Brian was amazing to work with. He took the time to go over every single question and option we could come up with. His home is also one of the most beautiful houses I have ever been inside. If you are looking for great and personal customer service, a beautiful home, and high quality I would highly recommend Gebhardt Homes. Can't say enough good things about him.
