From the start, a ranch-style home will give you double square footage than it appears at first glance. This is due to the presence of a very large basement, which is a mirror image of the first floor. A 1,500 square foot home is really a 3,000 square foot home when factoring in the mirroring basement.
First and foremost, with a two-story floor plan you get the most bang for your buck. Building vertically instead of horizontally saves on materials, chiefly concrete. You also save on land, as a two story home can be easily built a much smaller lot than other floor plans. A two-story floor plan has unbeatable value when it comes to space.

Spoke with two individuals about a home. The first seemed rude and sarcastic. The second seemed irritated with me. Also did not send me information that I requested and it’s been days. I’m happy that their true colors showed. I would NEVER give this buisiness my hard earned money. I can’t imagine how they would respond to business issues.

We bought a brand new home in Autumn 2011 from this company in a brand new subdivision. The house we bought was already built, so we did not oversee its construction.
Within a year of moving in, our builder grade sump pump failed and we had torrential rain that as a result of the sump pump failing, flooded our basement, destroying many things we had stored. Within two years, we had to get a plumber to fix our main floor bathroom toilet. In our plumber's words, "I've never seen a toilet installed so bad." So, we had to fix the toilet. As a result of the toilet not being installed correctly, water

I contacting Chad and Rachel while stationed in Japan. Not only did they work with me on changing my floor plan, they gave me access to work directly with the architect to build the house I wanted. CnR does not price gouge or markup anything. They are as honest as the day is long. That was 5 years ago and I have decided to retire and build a new house, in the same neighborhood. I chose CnR to build my next home based on the job they did with my current home. When you want quality and don't want to be treated like just another job, choose CnR, I did and I cannot say enough about how much they care
