Our Traditional Homes collection includes plans that are 2500-3000 square feet, with three to four bedrooms, and in the $400,000-$600,000 price range. Call us for more information so we can match the plan that fits your needs. Our Estate Homes collection includes plans that are over 4000 square feet, four+ bedrooms, and in the $700,000 and above price range.
We understand building a new home can be a complex time for homeowners; therefore, we strive to make the process enjoyable and comfortable. We accomplish this by going over an extensive option list with our clients to determine their needs in a new home, the style of home they desire, and their budget.
Ellerslie is located off the Richmond Road corridor across from Jacobson Park and next to Lake Ellerslie, a private fishing lake. Ellerslie offers convenient access to both Man O' War Blvd and I-75 at Exit 104.just a few miles to either road. Ellerslie has a beautifully landscaped stone entrance and a country setting with black horse farm style fencing.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
This property will not rent to anyone with less than 650 credit score no matter how much you make and wouldnt allow a cosigner with 700 credit score. Made me go out of way to retrieve the money order after I told them I work from home all week and would have someone get it for me. Unprofessional and very discriminatory
