The company seems very disorganized. The receptionist whom I assume is new, gave me conflicting information about a fee of $90... which was a trip fee? She said that the contractor had trouble finding parking... which is not true. We live in a big house and we have plenty of parking in front. Also the receptionist said she will send us a bill that same day even though no work was done... and we never received anything. She must have confused us with someone else? We never received a bill and we are still left confused... Then we called and asked again and she said it was an estimate? Then we got

I had to have my kitchen faucet replaced, and really wanted to do the work myself. However, without the right tools was not able to removed the old faucet.
Enter Drain King Plumbers.
The entire team was really efficient. Tyler, in particular, was wonderful. He really knew his stuff. The entire job took less time that I had thought and everyone at Drain King was very understanding about the challenges with parking (or lack thereof) in my building.

Quick cash grab.
Plumber arrived and the first thing he recommends is to replace the faucet without even looking at it. Is this why I need on-site visit and pay visit fee?
Thank you for telling me I need to buy a new faucet or replace parts. I am sorry, but this doesn't make sense to me.
Not sure if I can recommend the service. Maybe they are fantastic at installing faucets, but I will never know.

I had a fantastic experience dealing with Jason at Drain King. I reached out on a Friday afternoon via Yelp before the long weekend and was able to get an appointment for the Tuesday morning. When the team showed up, they assessed the problem, walked me through their course of action, showed me the quote with a lot of details and proceeded with the work promptly. My two issues were fixed in under an hour; they tested and retested before leaving to ensure everything's fine. They have their clients best interest in mind: they even provided me with additional paperwork to seek possible reimbursement
