From phone call to initial order consultation all the way to pickup, I had the best experience with Nathan Alexander and Builder's Window Supply. The communication, detail and service were excellent and the brand roster is something you'd never find at a big box store.
I was simply ordering 1 window but they treated me with the same care and expertise as if I was a big time contractor ordering a complete window/door schedule. Prices were fair and lead time was as communicated at time of order. All expectations were met and I will be a repeat customer. Thanks Nathan!

Went to Builder's Window Supply hoping to find parts to repair my 20 year old Marvin windows. Nathan was super helpful in identifying all the right parts. Ordering and payment process was quick and easy. And parts were delivered promptly. BWS is the place to get your new or replacement windows and parts.

The sill width on the old door was not standard, so Nathan and Raul worked together to ensure that I ordered the correct size. Delivery was right on schedule, and Raul's team did an excellent job of installation.

Spent more than $16,000 on doors and windows with BWS a few years ago.
The price was a little less than other quotes I received. There was a minor problem with the delivery. Otherwise, things went well.
Possibly, I expected too much when I figured I would get a follow up call to see if everything was OK. That didn't happen.
Never heard a word from them again.
Recently, I went back to their shop to order a replacement door for one that was broken. I was told I would get a call back the next day. No call.
Called back a few days later and was told I would get a back. No call. Still waiting

I have known Cindy for years. always dependable and helpful. we had Milgard windows installed in our home to replace old windows. We had some issues with Milgard
and Cindy handled everything within minutes of my complaining to her. It is a professional company and they have a real gem with her. We have one more Bay window to do and I would not even consider using anyone else.

I love this place, Cindy, my salesperson has given me the best service, I have ordered custom La cantina doors from her , as well as Clad windows. She is so diligent, she checks and double checks the order to make sure it is right, she is always catching mistakes, that other designers and architects made in the window and door schedule. I can always count on Her to be paying close attention to the details, so that the right product gets ordered and delivered. She even comes to the job site to meet the truck on delivery day! Best of the Best in San Diego!

Builders Window Supply did a fantastic job for us. Actually several jobs. We replaced all the interior doors in our home, two entry doors, replaced a very large and rotting picture window, a gorgeous 12' La Cantina door, AND had a specialty project pool house that required custom engineering and design work. At every aspect of each of these projects Dave coordinated seamlessly with my general contractor and provided critical engineering advice, not to mention great design advice. Our new picture window has saved us many $ in air conditioning costs. At every point of each of these projects
