After speaking to the office manager, Jessie, communication with the company did get better. We worked together to resolve all of my issues to my satisfaction. The ruts in my front yard were filled in, and the flashing was fixed. Working with Jessie was very pleasant and easy, it was unfortunate that she had to get involved. I will recommend this company because as I said before, the product is a good product but should anything arise with your project, don't hesitate to contact her, she will ensure that things are corrected efficiently. I am changing my rating from 2 to 4 stars. Thank

All Seasons Windows & Patios Inc. was a great experience for us. They showed up on agreed contract date, their employees were very professional, courteous, and well groomed. We went with a local company as we try to do to keep businesses thriving in our neighborhood and it paid off well.
As with all construction projects there were very few minor issues and they responded promptly to take care of them.
All Seasons followed code regulations with the electrical work and did not attempt to "rig" any phase of the project.

Greg Johnson was knowledgeable on the various options offered for artificial grass with All Seasons Windows and Patios. The crew was neat and orderly on the day of the installation. The transformation was amazing! Our front yard is the most pristine of the block thanks to the All Seasons team and the HOA is off our back!

Just inquiring and phone shopping for some quick answers that could have led to a good sale and was basically to call back when I was serious. I'm a contractor new to the area with some decent work lined up, but they didn't want to hear it. Last time I'll deal with them. Ever. One star for actually answering the phone. I read your reply, and no, I did not ask for a quote over the phone, and yes, I do know how businesses operate. Just pointing out that the person I was talking to was basically rude.

We just recently moved to a new home and needed to shop around companies for shutters. I had a friend who referred me to All Seasons Windows and Patios. Spoke with the manager Larry and who also came to our house and gave us a free consultation. We went with All Seasons b/c they seemed like they definitely knew their products and they suited us best for the price and quality we were looking for. Another guy named Don came to our house before ordering the shutters to double check the measurements which pleased me b/c I am a detailed oriented. Don knew everything there was to know about window treatments

After having several companies come by to give us estimates for our patio cover, we felt that All Seasons Windows and Patios was the most experienced and best qualified company that gave us confidence to move forward with the job. They had the best prices, and in addition to that, they were the only company out of many that had a beautiful showroom! I was oversold upgrades and given free bonuses that I did not need and did not fit together. Larry said I was getting a "Cadillac" instead of a "Ford" to justify the higher price. I ended up not getting all the items on the contract and they did not bother to call me to inform me of this breach of contract. For example, I was sold the large, heavy steel plate footings (that did not go with the columns). As a result, they installed the smaller, cheaper brackets that are standard with the columns.
