First off they got back to me right away with a quote, which was very reasonable. I was given a two hour window for delivery and they showed up on time. I want to specifically point out both Miguel and Paco were professional, and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. No items were damaged and they got the move done in a timely manner. Definitely will use them again.

Showed up on time and did a fairly good job. Communication was great with Jas. I would recommend you pack up those breakable things (like lamps) ahead of time or just transport them yourself. Otherwise a lot of movers' "billable" hour will be spent on wrapping things up - which is necessary for them because they don't want to break your things.
I deducted one star because a piece of wall was chipped off when they when they moved furniture upstairs. The guy said they will call me to fix it at later time but never did. It has been almost a month.

I recently inquired about the moving services for Pack It Up Movers. I was offered a great rate that I accepted. I also booked a moving date that was just two days away. Cheli (the person who answered the phone) was very thorough and clear in how the process would work. Paco and his team of movers arrived right on time. First, they all introduced themselves, then started to wrap and move all of our furniture and items very efficiently and with great care. They also followed the Covid-19 guidelines. We hired two guys and a truck to pack up the house. They did not wrap the kitchen table, the antique buffet, wood chest of drawers, dresser, nor the book shelves.
The dining room table did not have any hardware to put it together. There were shoe prints on the chest of drawers and power tools placed on the buffet.
As boxes were placed in the house they were placed all over and in different rooms. We found a box marked kitchen flatware fragile in the master bath. This was the norm.
I would not hire the company again.

Pack it Up Movers did an exemplary job. They wrapped everything up nicely so nothing was broken. They were careful with all of our boxes furniture etc. It took two large trucks to move everything of ours. We have too much stuff. They were friendly, courteous, well mannered and asked where we wanted everything placed. They went above and beyond by helping take apart and put together one of our very large bird cages. They even went back to our old place to get parts that were left there accidentally. Then came back to finish the bird cage. The day began about 8:30 and they were here until evening

My husband had bought some furniture from out neighbors around the corners from us. But it was oak and quite heavy for us to move ourself.
So I called around and no one was reasonable price as this company. We were on the schedule and it was only a couple weeks. Not too bad, but they called us and wanted to reschedule with the perfect guys. I was like sure- man these were the most perfect guys that help us! They were super nice, efficient and strong!
We have another move coming in later this year and I will definitely call them again! A job well done!

Communication was horrible. On 5/28 I scheduled a move for 6/10 and paid a deposit. On 6/9 I did not get a call confirming the move, so first thing on 6/10 I called and was told they had no moves scheduled for that day. Fortunately they were able to give the job to another company. We had packed and prepared and even had our dog at the kennel. This was horrible customer service. If the other moving service had not stepped in and done our move we would have been in big trouble. The movers who came to our rescue are All in a day moving out of Merced.

This was the first time I'd used Pack It Up Movers, and I had a great experience. The two young guys, Ray and Joe, listened patiently to the few instructions I had before they started loading up my furniture, and they treated all my things with care. I was very impressed. I will definitely use these guys again in the near future. Oh, and the cost was very reasonable!

They broke my 65" Tv. They didn't crate it; they just threw a blanket over it. My item was mishandled and they did not inform me that they were not crating the TV. They offered me $250, but that means I would still have to come out of pocket to replace my tv. I will not accept the $250 on principle. I would rather tell everyone I know to BEWARE!
