My home was damaged in the tornado- Gerry had done water mitigation before at my home- but this time around it was a disaster- like the tornado. Many many miscommunications- items were not labeled properly for storage- items were lost and broken. An antique chest was damaged and had spider eggs growing under it when it was returned.Many miscommunications when dealing with State Farm. SO- Gerry may be ok on the water damage repair but I would NEVER use him for moving/storage/inventory of items. Be careful.

Following a leak in our upstairs bed/bath, Puroclean moisture mapped and discovered that affected rooms included our guest bathroom, master closet and our nursery. They came in promptly on the weekend covered everything with plastic, including our floors during demo, tore out baseboards and wet drywall, applied an anti-microbial agent to the rooms, dried and dehumidified the rooms and came back twice to check on the progress. The gentleman were friendly, professional and made the experience as easy as possible considering our floors and ceilings were being torn up. I hope we never have to go through

I highly recommend PuroClean Property Restoration. William, John, and Liberty came to my house promptly after I called because of a leaking water heater. They were courteous, not only to me but also to each other. They were professional. They were empathetic and helpful. If you need water restoration help, then call this company right away! We had an upstairs toilet flood our home. The water had come down the ceiling to the first floor. During all of the heavy rains last year, we identified a couple of spots that the water was making its way into our house. The main spot was in a corner of our master bedroom that is usually covered with a nightstand and doesn't get a lot of traffic. Gerry was excellent to work with. He was flexible enough to work with our crazy schedules and was always right on time. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and provided sound advice. Call him BEFORE you call your insurance company! He checked out several areas we had issues and we are very pleased with the work he performed. The level of service we received was way beyond our expectations and he was really great with our two big dogs. One really to a liking to him, and that's always a good sign.
