Excellent job! Took out all the dark spots where we walk the most.
Started the job at 1pm and finished quickly. Carpets completely dry by 5pm. Don't waste your time or money renting a rug doctor. We've tried that before. All it did was soak the carpets and remove the lighter staining. We will always use this company going forward.

As the owner of several rental properties , I have used Aztec Chem-Dry for many years and have always been satisfied ( and sometimes amazed ) at their ability to get carpets cleaned. Also, I am impressed with their cleaning process that leaves the home with no unpleasant odors and ready to occupy quickly. I have always found the owner and the company to be professional, responsive and accommodating to our needs. I do not write many reviews but I know it's difficult to find a good carpet cleaning service and I strongly recommend Aztec Chem-Dry.

Chem Dry sucks...or it doesn't...My carpet looks just as bad as when I vacuumed it this morning before Aztec Chem Dry "cleaned" it. More like they rubbed the dirt around. In the past when I've had carpets cleaned, I could tell they were clean. The rooms smell fresh. Not today. I am very dissatisfied. That's 65 bucks down the drain. I just scheduled Golden Touch to come tomorrow, a Saturday. They are fitting me in on short notice, and they advertise a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

I had Chem dry come out and clean my carpet, sofa and love seat. unfortunately, they cut corners -- when the man left I saw that he didn't even clean the back of my sofa. The carpet smells like wet dog and when I called the OWNER was not willing to remedy the problem at all nor was he at all apologetic for not cleaning the back of my sofa. He did offer to come and finish the job in a very sarcastic tone... I honestly cannot believe that $130.00 later my house smells worse than before and I am left with a partially completed job. DONT USE THIS COMPANY! when owners are this rude and cut corners
