We have 3 vacation rentals in Tucson, AZ and use The Clean Image of Tucson for cleanings after each guest departs. They are very dependable, notify us promptly of any issues such as damage to furniture, and are very proactive about checking the calendar so they do not miss any cleanings. The cleaning person was about 10 minutes late. When I booked the appointment I explained exactly what I wanted done to the person who scheduled the visit. Unfortunately the person who came to clean had no idea what I wanted. Although I tried to explain, we had a pretty significant language barrier and she never did seem to understand that I wanted her to thoroughly scrub the outsides of my kitchen cabinets. I ended up scrubbing them myself after the cleaning lady left.

We have had Clean Image of Tucson clean our house for the past many months and we are very satisfied. Monica is always on time, friendly, professional and she does a great job. My emails or phone calls to the management regarding a reschedule or other issues are answered promptly, in a friendly, professional manner and they always do what they can to accommodate me. This is a well run service. I recommend.

I have been using Clean Image for my home cleaning for the past several months. They send a single person (the same person) every two weeks to clean my townhouse. She arrives promptly and spends about three hours cleaning the whole house. I have been very happy with the quality of her work and with the responsiveness of the office staff. I have had to switch days a couple of times, and this has been handled without problem. Their rates are reasonable.

Honestly I have used several cleaning services over the years and I really enjoy dealing with Emerita and everything that goes on with clean image of Tucson. I have had a few different housekeepers from clean image and they’re all amazing. We are now in an every other week situation and i am LOVING how clean my house always feels. Clean Image has provided my cleaning services for years now. While I do have a couple of favorite cleaners, everyone working for the company does a solid job: professional, on time, and does their work with care.
On the very rare occasion I've had an issue, the owner Emerita is responsive and helpful.
I've been especially impressed with the care taken during Covid; extra thorough cleaning, and workers are always masked. Makes me feel confident in the job being done.
