Carpet Police did outstanding job of cleaning the carpet but I could not believe the wonderful job of cleaning my chair which had nothing been cleaned in 5 yrs n was really dirty. When Denny finished cleaning the chair, it looked brand new. Carpet Police did not leave a residue on the carpet like some n they did not leave the carpet so wet that it took 3 years to dry. Carpet Police did an outstanding job n will use Denny to clean my carpet, again n again. Great Job!

If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would! I have used them twice now for dog-related accidents on carpet and couch and can not recommend them enough!! Alfonso and Alan are so professional, on time and friendly. I already plan to have them back for their duct and tile floor cleaning in the fall.

I used The Carpet Police a number of times. Twice the Carpet Police broke items of mine. The first time they knocked porcelain flowers off a hand made pot, and I didn't do anything. I just had it repaired. The second time they broke two Hummels and a plate from Germany that were setting on a wall stand. The stand was not in a traffic area so I suppose they hit it with the handle of their equipment. We notified the owner, and he said the cost would come out of the worker's pay and on and on. He finally paid for a repair at the Artistry in Glass. One Hummel had a large chip out of it, but

Best carpet cleaning experience ever! I spoked with Garrett on Thursday afternoon and arranged for the cleaning of my new office on Saturday morning. Noe and Ronaldo arrived exactly on time and were fun, professional and confident that they could liven up some pretty sad looking carpet. They did an amazing job! And the office smells good, too! Amazing job on my entire apartment at a great price! The gentleman who came to clean my carpet was very friendly and helpful in addressing any questions I had about care. He even left a bottle of solution to take care of any future problem spots. They place corner guards to protect the walls in my rental, and gave me a pair of shoe covers. The carpet was not left extremely wet and dried faster than I expected with the AZ heat and all of my windows open. Will definitely use this service again unless I decide to move out of my rental.

I recently called Carpet Police after a guest left oil tracks across on my living room carpet over a one month period of time. I was away and when I saw the condition I almost scheduled new carpet. I decided to go ahead and give Dave a call and sent him pictures of the mass. Carpet police has cleaned my carpets for years but I really believed that this was beyond repairable. I hired Carpet Police for a house (1800 sf) I was putting on the market. The carpet needed to be steam cleaned, as well as the tile grout. The only positive part of the experience was they were able to get me in quickly. They had quoted me $325 on the phone but when they got there they called me and said that this was a $650 job. Ummmm, on what planet, Mars? I've had a dozen houses steam cleaned and I've never paid that much. They agreed to honor the price they quoted. I've been using Carpet Police for years. They arrive on time and provide booties and solution for later touch-ups. They take their time and are not done in 15 minutes. They rake the carpet when done. I also used them for grout and tile cleaning and they've done a great job. They never disappoint. Give them a try!

The man who arrived at our house to do the work was very professional and did a great job. My complaint is not with him but with the pricing. When I scheduled the appointment I was told by David that it would be $35 for each bedroom (there are two) and $45 for the "great room". When the man arrived he mentioned a $25 trip fee which had not been mentioned when I scheduled the appointment. After he measured the rooms he gave us an amount that was almost $150 more than what I was told over the phone. He called the Secretary and explained the situation and was able to get the price back down

If you're a women do not call these people! I had them come to put a piece of trim down between my closet that had carpet and my bedroom which I had tile put in. The guy put down a piece of tack strip and that was it. For $55. And told me how to finish it my self. My boyfriend came home and stepped on the tack strip and then was blown away that someone would half azz a jab and then charge me $55. So he then called them And complained. Then they send 2 men out. To supposedly Fix it. We now have half a metal strip down and the other end is popped up. So we now need to call home

I have used Carpet Police for several years. At the last visit, Juan showed me how the floor tiles and grout would improve if it were cleaned. I decided to have the carpets, floor tiles and bathroom tiles cleaned. Juan is no longer with them (very sad about that) and a new worker came. The tile floors were definitely cleaner and the carpet was cleaned very well. I was not happy with the bathroom tile cleaning because there is still calcium (white) areas. These guys are amazing! We've used them twice in the past few months and they've been spot on each time. They were able to come the same day and left our carpet feeling brand new. There was a specific area in our carpet where our child spilled chocolate milk that was spoiling and smelling so bad that we had been trying to clean for days and had rented rug doctors and bought so many carpet treatment products without any relief. I have been very happy with Carpet Police. My first experience with them was at 2 am when I had a tenant flood their unit. Their 24 assistance saved me!! They were thorough, professional, friendly, responsive, and reasonably priced. I've since used them for cleaning projects -both carpet and tile/grout and have been impressed with every job they've done. Would highly recommend them to anyone for any of their services...but definitely for emergency water flooding help! They are great!

WOW!!! What a fantastic , professional, and beautiful job!! Juan and Alfred did our casita carpeting and slate tile, as well as all the slate tile on the first floor of our main house. The tile is natural stone, chinese multicolor and very difficult to clean because it is not smooth tile. THEY DID IT!!!!! They stripped all the old sealer, cleaned it so well that not a speck of dirt was on the floor, then applied 3 coats of sealant until my floors look model showroom new and all the many colors are restored.
