The carpet cleaning service was as expected, however as a service provider that enters people's homes during a pandemic, I was a bit surprised and uncomfortable that at no time did he wear a mask or try to social distance from us when interacting with my husband and I. My husband and mother are both immuno-compromised, and had I known that this would have been the case I wouldn't have hired this company to provide a service. Just recently used Regal Carpet Cleaning for my beige sofas that needed a good deep clean. Arnoldo came to the house and was so friendly and super professional! He gave me step by step of everything he was doing and did SUCH AN AMAZING JOB! My dog has a tendency to get on the couch and it has so much hair on it, I was SO surprised to see how much hair actually came out! So very impressed with him! The booking process was great and they called and verified everything with me the next day. Most definitely using them again for anything I need cleaned!

I'm really pleased with this carpet cleaning service! When I called to make an appointment, Jason was really nice and helpful. Michael was our technician and he called 30 minutes before arrival and showed up almost exactly a half an hour later. He was professional and polite and did a great job. Our carpets feel as if they've been revived back to life. Not only are they clean, but their bounce is back and feel almost new. Lingering stains are gone and there is no odor or weird smell from this cleaner. Very happy and highly recommend!
