I had not had my carpets cleaned for over 10 years. Company was coming, so I found many high recommendations for Nate at Hero's Carpet Cleaning on our neighborhood web bulletin board. Nate was quick to reply to my request for an appointment, showed up as planned, his estimate was very reasonable, and he did an outstanding job! He was even able to come back and dye a few spots that had bleach dropped on them! I thought I was going to have to buy new carpet throughout my home, but Nate saved me probably $10k in new carpet! My old carpet is 16 years old and looks almost new again! I highly recommend

Nate is an outstanding professional. I have had my carpets cleaned before, but never like this. Meaning, not only did he take time to discuss exactly what the issues were, but how he was going to meticulously handle each individual problem. And when he was done, paint stains, pet stains, etc. we're all removed. I hadn't had the carpets cleaned for over a year and a half to two years. The carpets look just like they did when they were installed. Once again, outstanding. Thank you Nate.

Nate knows stains! His chemistry background helps him know what makes a stain and what takes a stain out. He took one look at a recurring stain where I'm renting and had it gone in about 45 seconds. He told me how to watch for it and what I can do short-term if it comes back. He is diligent, and loves what he does. I just don't think that can be said about the big franchises. Nate's local, and we need local business people to thrive. Heroes will get your floors and carpets clean for real. Give them a call, you'll be glad you did.

Nathan did an absolutely amazing job deep cleaning and sealing our concrete floors and countertops. He is extremely knowledgeable and uses only the best products.He thoroughly explained the entire process to us. He also was very careful about protecting furniture and also our pets!

Nate is a self-admitted, carpet fiber nerd. He knows and understands the science of varying carpet fibers and utilizes the appropriate cleaning process and chemicals for each. He cleaned three area rugs in my home, two wool and one synthetic—two different solutions and approaches. All three now have bright, vibrant colors as a result. If you engage his services once, you’ll never engage another’s.

I hired Heroes to clean the carpets at my new house, following a sewage leak. Because I’m currently out of state, I really didn’t know what to expect. Nate conducted a very professional assessment of the damage, sent me photos, salvaged everything that could be salvaged and really did his best not to incur any more expenses than necessary for me. He is a really honest guy and has his clients’ best interest at heart. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for this type of service.

Hero’s Cleaning did another fabulous job on our home today!!!! They are our ‘go to’ company for cleaning/sealing our carpets, tile and grout, and furniture. We had Nate over to clean the tile floors along with the carpet of our 3 bed 2 bath rental. We are moving out so it needed to be meticulously clean. Well first contact was great. He came over to give us an estimate on how much it would be, and overall it wasn't too much for the carpet cleaning, tile cleaning, and pet deodorizer. ~$500 for the whole place. Then when Nate came to do the cleaning he was wonderful! He was cheerful as he seems to always be, was super communicative, and super friendly. He also did a fantastic job with the carpet and tile! Nate is a miracle worker. He doesn't just clean carpets, he fully restores them using a multi-step method! I have had my carpet cleaned many times by another cleaner and I was happily shocked at the difference when Nate cleaned it or rather literally brought it back to life! He uses a black light to highlight urine and other stains from previous owners and it is unbelievable.
Highly recommend. Best in town. Also he is a really nice guy and pleasant to talk with. He even took the time to say hello and good bye to my cat 🐈 Bunny.
