Let me start off with how great the window guys are and how quick and professionally they get the job done. The window quality is great but I also had a few other quotes that used the same window brand and I would have gone with them but Mike told me it would be a shorter arrival time which I quickly came to find out wasn't true. Mike is a nice guy but there seems to be a lack of communication on his end and it's hard since he's the owner. I get it... things happen and things get backed up and can come in way later than expected and that is something out of his control but the lack

After a very rainy day, I had a window leak I couldn't identify the root cause of. After calling multiple vendors who told me they couldn't help, I spoke with Mike, the owner, and he took the time to help me troubleshoot over the phone through pictures, even though he doesn't normally do this work. He then offered to come down first thing the next morning to confirm the root cause. Once we identified the reason for the leak, he had his guy Alex come out the next morning to perform the caulking repair work and fix the window leak for a reasonable cost. We had Mike come out for a quote on 7 windows to replace the old 1978 original windows on our house. We had different bids and compared the same quality windows, and his price exceeded the others and we didn't have to sit through an hour long 'sales presentation' as other companies do. He was very upfront, honest, and not pushy. His crew came out and installed all windows in one day. They were very professional, and cleaned up and hauled away all old windows. We have 2 more windows to replace and won't work with anyone else. We highly Recommend and are so happy with his work

Mike and his crew were really great to work with. We got a very competitive quote for 8 windows and 1 sliding patio door and what seemed like a fast appointment scheduled after signing the quote. The crew installed all windows and door in 1 day and were very clean, tidy, and respectful of our home. These windows feel great quality, and the install is solid. Great pricing, excellent installation, and an overall great experience. We shopped around to a few different companies in the area. Lifetime has the best pricing by a wide margin, and less than a 4 week installation window from the quote to the job being finished (other companies said it could be up to 14 weeks). The installers showed up early, did an excellent job and exceeded our expectations. It feels like we have a whole new house with our new windows! If you are getting windows you can't go wrong with Lifetime Exteriors, Mike and his crew are the best in the business!

Mike was punctual, communicated thoroughly and was a pleasure to deal with. & although I didn't use Life-Time for a window replacement, Mike showed his true character by advising me that an entire window replacement wasn't the right decision for my situation.
Many companies will try and sell you their services even if you don't need it. However, Mike was honest with me and suggested a minor glass replacement to fix my sound issue. Unfortunately, Mike doesn't do glass only replacement, or I would have used him for this project.

We had the pleasure of working with Mike Ellis and his crew with the install of a new kitchen window. The whole process was seamless. He was quick to return our initial call and set up an appt to look at the job. His bid came in the following day and was reasonably priced for a quality window. Yesterday the window was installed on time without a hitch by two experienced and courteous installers. The site was left spotless. Mike and his team were the best! I had 10 single pane windows replaced with double pane energy efficient windows in a residential home. Mike was very accommodating and communicative from the moment I reached out for a quote to the end of the job.
Mike responded a few minutes after my initial inquiry about a quote and came out to provide an estimate a day or so after I reached out. We were able to begin work within the next few weeks.

I highly recommend Mike with Life-Time Exteriors! His work is excellent and communication is great. He has all the proper licenses and insurances and is highly knowledgeable about his services. He worked to fit my budget and was very flexible to changes. Any issues were immediately corrected and remedied by him. *We ordered 6 windows from this company on Feb. 3, 2020.
*We were told they would be ready for install in about three weeks.
* We received no communication in two and a half weeks.
*On Feb 20, I contacted Mike to request an update. And got, let's say a bare minimum response. (See photo)
*Most of the windows were installed on March 6. Two however, had been measured incorrectly.
*Window installers did a great job.
*Mike did apologize for measuring wrong. And, said he would correct the problem as well

They are so dependable and professional. No greasy sales guy trying to sell you everything under the sun. Mike arrived on time, sent me remainders for the appointments and worked around my busy schedule to complete the installation. Mike is a straight shooter to the point. Very knowledgeable and customer oriented. The price for the installation of three windows was at least 1.5k less than their competitors. I received five star service for a great service. I would definitely recommend them and already got a quote for my next project.
