First off Rick advertises himself as a 24/7 service which is not true. He will come out and inspect the problem within 24 hours yes, but he’ll charge you a deposit, set up an appointment to come repair at a later date, then never show up or call. He never showed up the day he scheduled himself to come repair!! I’ve tried contacting him for the last three days and have yet to hear from him. His phone just keeps going directly to voicemail. He did email an invoice in which the math did not make sense or add up. He put on the invoice that I still owe him a deposit when I paid it the day he was

Bad business. paid them to unclog main line, they broke it. they still charged is and gave estimate to repair their damage, we agreed and set appointment, they never showed and will not answer phone. We're out the money and still have a damaged line. Contacted the prosecutor's office and they said someone else had filed suit against this person the day before and ours will be held until the other case gets moving. I do not recommend!

Charged us to snake the main line, broke the sewer line, wanted to charge for more work, we agreed, then they were no call no show. lost money and ended up with broken pipe. Promised several times they would be out and finish work that day, when they never showed we called and called and they never answered or returned calls. Other reviews say no contractor license, wish we had saw that before.

In my opinion, any place that leaves you setting all day for an appointment that they scheduled with you is unprofessional. Damaging pipes and still charging without fixing them is even worse. But offering to pay him to fix the pipe he broke, and he still doesn't show, well, I'll let the public decide. It's my opinion that the customer should beware. One reviewer stated they lost their home over this company!

First of all, 4.2 stars is not realistic with this company. They deserve 5+++ stars. Rick has been tremendous in providing professional service, adapting to our work order system, communicating openly, submits invoice in-time, and only charges for time on-site. It hurts seeing the negative reviews because Rick has bent over backwards for our company and has done a superior job. He's my go-to plumber in the Columbus, OH area for our properties and I will continue to do jobs with him for years to come. - Divisions Maintenance Group

I would definitely recommend family and friends to use these services, worker was very polite, and more then helpful came almost immediately to access the situation and had it taken care off faster then I could make it to the bank and back!!! Rick came out on short notice Friday afternoon and got our plumbing up to code so the city could inspect the line and install a new meter. When the city was unable to fix the issue (blocked pipe from construction they were doing) Rick came back out on Saturday and was able to repair the line and get our water running again.

I read the other reviews on their page, they may be good at plumbing, but not at showing up. I was quoted a two hour window two days in a row, the first day I waited 4 hours and had to leave, they contacted me and offered a discount of the inconvenience and quoted a two hour window for the next day, again, a no show. Unless you have a lot of time to wait around, wouldn't recommend these guys.
