Mike was on time, professional, personable and efficient. He came in and listened to the description of what was happening and got right to work. He pulled a few tree roots out of our sewer line and had our drains running clear again. The on-line booking process was easy to use and pricing was the same as quoted on the website. Overall, a great experience!

They repaired a small leak in a copper water line in the basement. Mike was very professional and arrived before the scheduled time. They sent a text and email confirming the appointment time, and sent a text to say they were on their way. I'm vary satisfied with the work performed, and Mike did a complete inspection of all the water lines in the basement. I will use them again.

Have used Gunther several times, and will continue to do so. I contacted the owner over this last weekend due to a leak I found, and was surprised to find out that he was on vacation but still took the time to respond to me! Fast forward to Monday morning, when I was able to get a technician scheduled for Wednesday morning. Technician showed up on time, and even gave me a heads up he was on the way. He diagnosed my issue (turned out to be an hvac issue), and even helped fix a toilet issue that I dumped on him last second (dumped-poor choice of word). The only issue I had, and it’s pretty minor

Bathroom sink had almost no water pressure & shut off valves were corroded & leaking. Mike was able to remove & clean the old aerator & replaced both shut off valves in about a 1/2 hour. Wouldn’t hesitate to call Gunther again for any plumbing issues.
Update: Also had Gunther replace a toilet tank gasket & install new garbage disposal today. Jared was personable & did a great job.
2nd update: Due to a pricing mix up, Jared can back out today & installed a more powerful garbage disposal at no cost. As always, top notch service.

I am installing a floating vanity and had to have the our water and drain lines to keep them from being exposed after the install. Mike did a fantastic job, was extremely professional, ignored my tiny dog's multiple meltdowns while he went in and out the house, and when I had to ask him to move something slightly higher when he was initially finished he was super understanding and fixed the issue no questions asked. He made the whole experience feel like he was a part of my team with this remodel as opposed to just someone hired to do a job. Extremely satisfied with our service and will be using

Gunther Plumbing was the company dispatched to my house by my home warranty company, so I wasn't sure what to expect.
Mike arrived at my home towards the earlier part of our time window. He was polite, knowledgeable and efficient! He did a fantastic job and made sure that all of our issues were addressed. We will definitely go with Gunther in the future when needed.

This plumber was recommended by my realtor. I am not happy with the water pressure in my new condo. Called these guys to check it. He told me the psi was 45 (ideal would be 60), but there was nothing he could do to increase it. He charged me $84 to tell me this. NOT happy! Way too much $ to check Psi and leave.
