He gave us a variety of options for our "hot mess" bathroom situation in older rental home and really did a stellar job of getting all the little problems fixed. These two very knowledgeable techs came out to the house. They recognized that a special-order plumbing fixture needed to be ordered.
Mr. Alvin, and Taylor were very polite...wore masks and shoe covers....
For, the time being, they simply charged a modest Service Call.
I want to HIGHLY RECOMMEND you call Muetzel (like "pretzel") for your honest and reliable plumbing needs.

The folks answering the phone were nice enough and easy to work with, responsive, etc. Cheers for doing the front-end well!
However, I was not pleased with the technician sent out (I will not name him here). I felt like my issue was not a terribly difficult one, yet he wanted to go the most difficult route to solve the problem (it felt like he was trained to handle all cases that way and he didn't have the depth of knowledge to get creative). Overall, my plumber seemed to lack experience and the ability to troubleshoot. On top of that, with paying him hourly, he seemed to just sort of "hem-haw

I’ve had an excellent experience with Muetzel. From the customer service on the phone to the technicians that came to my house, everything was great. They were able to get to my house quickly (they even called me to move my appointment up a few days when they had a cancellation). The technicians were very friendly. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and resolve it. I highly recommend Muetzel.

Needed a pipe repaired in home I just moved in to that was corroded and starting to leak (albeit very slowly). Called and was told it would be as an "emergency call" later in the afternoon which was fine. Great communication throughout the day as they called back and offered to come in the early afternoon as they were running ahead and it would not be an emergency call.
