They fixed a simple leak back in May of 2020. That exact leak started up again. Now they want me to pay full price for something that they already worked on. I guess their work is only good for one year so buyer beware. I can't believe that they actually thought I would hire them again and pay them again to fix something that they already worked on. I guess that's how they stay in business repeat customers

I wish I cold give more than 5 stars. Wonderful experience from my first call when I spoke to Nick who was so nice and quickly got me on schedule, to Kim who called to ask if the tech could come earlier than planned to the fabulous Rob who arrived with a big smile and fixed the problem in under 10 minutes. I live in a multiunit building, and property management called American Plumbing for damage downstairs. So I can't comment about speed of response or cost. But the leak was in a copper pipe in my wall, so I can comment about competence. I didn't even know that they were coming. Some mystery plumber showed up at my door, came in, looked at the wall, cut a few exploratory holes in it, and had the leak plugged within 5 minutes. Later, he came back (on time) with a buddy to replace the culprit segment of pipe. Nice guys, no drama.

Others may say they are 24/7 but Randal at American was the only one to respond on a Sunday morning. We had a clogged disposal and I was pretty sure I could handle it myself. Randal diagnosed the situation on the phone and assured me I could do it. But if needed he would do it in the afternoon. I was successful and so impressed that Randal indeed did call me back. Though I haven't really " used" them yet, I know who to call whenever I need a good and honest plumber.

I had another good experience with plumber, Randall. There was a punch list of about 12 items that he addressed as the professional that he is.
He had to handle an unexpected problem. The main water service valve at the easement had, to our surprise, been sheered off making it impossible to shut off the water. Randall was able to take care of the punch list despite the problem with the main valve.

We have had ongoing issues with the bathroom getting backed up. Back in July we had Rotor Hero come out and supposedly take care of the problem for over $300. When we started having issues two days ago we called for Roto Rooter to come out because they said a tech would come between 8pm-12am that evening, and we wanted it taken care of ASAP. When nobody called or arrive by 11:30pm we called and they said "oh yeah, we forgot to call you. The tech in your area got tied up at his pervious job and can't come out until tomorrow between 8am-11am." We told them forget it and that we would

Had issues with sewage line backing up and pouring in the yard and also washing machine grey water backing up in the garage. Was told that the issues were related. Had a tech come out to fix the sewage line issue, however the washing machine issue remained afterwards. Was a bit frustrated as I was told this was connected. Had the same tech come out the next day to clean out the sludge from the grey water line for the washing machine and they DID NOT CHARGE me seeing as they had to come back for something they said should have been resolved. I had a drain clog in the drain pipe behind the Kitchen sink. I had already done alot to try to clear it myself with no success. I called several plumbers to get a quote. They gave me a fair rate per hour with a one hour minimum. I was pretty sure they could clear it within the hour. So I went home and pulled the P-Trap myself to be ready for them. The Dispatcher was able to set a 2 hour window. They called me ahead of arrival and the plumber showed up 15 minutes later. They cleared the drain quickly. Today I had a appointment to get a quote to have 3 Shampoo bowls installed in my Salon. My appointment window was between 10am-12noon. The manager called me at 9:30am stating that the driver had arrived already and I told him that I was heading there and will arrive BEFORE 10am.
