The service is mediocre at best with technicians skipping brushing the pool or just not coming at all. We had to complain about the condition of the pool multiple times, always being met with some excuse as to why it isn't their fault. You shouldn't have house guests asking why your pool is so dirty when you're paying for weekly service.
