I have been a customer of Poseidon Pool Service since 2017. They are wonderful. Brad and his team do a great job. I am always pleased with the way my pool sparkles after their service.
Gabriel is a great technician, very careful and thorough.
I highly recommend Poseidon.

The company charged me $600 for an acid wash. What my pool looks like after an acid wash. The owner told me to go ahead and fill out with new water and vacuum out the debri and dirt. I would not recommend this company

Great pool service. Always come when they are scheduled and do a great job cleaning the pool and above ground spa.

When completed: They send me pictures and readings of the pool so I can see that they have completed it.

This company came in when I first purchased the home and the pool was not being maintained and was dark green and full of Algae. They cleaned it up and it looks brand new. They are honest and do a fantastic job.

Price: They are not the cheapest pool company but not the most expensive company.

Busy company: however, if you text them they get back to you within a few hours

Just had one of the best experiences with a Pool Service company that I just had to share. As a long time pool owner we all know the job it is to clean the calcium scale off the tile each year. So this year I decided to get an estimate to see just how expensive it was to have it removed professionally.While browsing the Home Concepts magazine I came across an ad for Pool and Tile Cleaning. I called Poseidon Pool Service and spoke to the owner Brad Allison. Brad made an appointment to look at my pool, arrived right on time and gave me a price I couldn't turn down. Brad came out the day after I called him to assess my problems. I followed his recommendations and all my pool's issues were corrected. I had my tile bead blasted at the waterline and the mortar above cleaned of excess scale that the previous owner had let build up. They also replaced some parts on my pump and plumbing. The last fix was acid washing my pool walls. His team was very friendly and efficient. All work was performed in a professional manner.
The prices were 30% better than the competition and Brad's people skills far exceeded the other guy's. I am not currently using

This pool service is awesome! They acid washed and cleaned our pool. They are very reasonably priced, honest and do great work. We get photos sent showing the pool and filters when they clean the pool and it is always great! Would highly recommend them!

They have helped me with a couple major issues I've had, and can't say enough about the fast/cost effective/great work they do. In a timely manner too. Would recommend Poseidon to all my friends and family.

My name is cathy and me and my family reside in the nw area of las vegas. i have been recieving bi weekly pool service by poseidon pool service. the owner is named brad. i fell two months behind which is 200.00 but i stayed in contact with owner brad. this past wed july 8th i recieved a text from brad that my pool basket was broke and i told him that i would have his payment by friday and that he could fix the basket. upon inspection of the basket i noticed that the floor cleaning part was removed and some champagne buckets was put over it to stop the water from gushing out.

As a first time pool owner I was skeptical about servicing it myself and having it turning green. I called for a quote and Brad came out the same day! He got me all set up with weekly service and I must say, the service as been fantastic! When I've got a question, and trust me, there have been a bunch, Brad has been so responsive and typically will have my questions answered within an hour of contacting him. He and his technicians are great!

We arranged our schedules today for tile cleaning and nobody showed up or called. Text messages were delivered and then later text messages couldn't be delivered (iphone turned off or battery died?) Brad had informed us that he was going out of town and left Josh to do the service. The only number we had for a point of contact is Brads.

If the owner is not available, someone needs to be left in charge that will communicate. My husband marked himself as unavailable for a "call-out" (overtime), also rescheduled a doctors appt. that was scheduled for later today. We text messages

Complete scam company. do not do business with these people. they will come to your house for 5 minutes and say the work is complete. total scam please stay away whatever you do. bunch of rats that work there. ill be reporting these people to bbb thats if they are even bbb verified.

Contacted Brad and explained what we needed. I provided a measurement and he gave us a ballpark figure to work with. Brad asked about our pool in order to give him a mental picture of the project. He checked his appointments, called us back and said 'How about tomorrow'? The next day Brad calls and confirms the time etc....a short time later he and John arrived checked out the job, firmed up the price and went to work. Brad and his team have taken care of our rental property for over two years! He is always there when we need him and does great work. Feels like having a family member look after our rental.

Poseidon Pool Service is a great new business, with a terrific owner, reasonable prices, and pool or hot tub service you need. Give Brad a call next time!

Absolutely great service, the best pool cleaning company I've used since moving to Vegas. Brad and Robert are professional, honest and quick to answer any questions and my pool has never looked better. Can't recommend Poseidon enough, I am very pleased.

I called Poseidon because I needed my filters cleaned and I was also in the market to find a monthly pool cleaning service.

They came out and did an alright job on cleaning my filters. I had them do a pool cleaning as well and the cleaners left marks on my deck that I had to pressure wash and they didn't even brush my pool.

So I basically paid for a cleaning service where I had about another hours worth of work of cleaning after because of their sloppy service. Extremely overpriced for someone to not even vacuum your pool correctly and leave my deck to be pressure washed after.

I needed someone to drain our pool, clean, refill and add the necessary chemicals to open the pool. He did a fabulous job. I will be going with him to do my pool maintenance when needed as well. You will not be disappointed with Brad or the job he does. Great great price Low price by high quality work.
