Grapevine Ford called me about trading in my wife's vehicle. I was curious about what it was worth so I made an appointment with Valeria. He boss, James, even called me the night before to confirm I would be there. When I arrived at 9:15 on the dot, neither Valeria or James had showed up to work yet despite setting up an appointment for that time. They had 0 respect for my time and obviously I won't be returning. I was curious who owned a place with such poor customer service and it is Berkshire Hathaway Automotive. I was bombarded with pushy sales people at other dealerships and pushed into ordering a car since they didn't have the car I wanted on the lot. Where do I begin? I started negotiating on a car 3 days prior before finally agreeing to come in. I told the salesman that I didn’t want to spend to much time at the dealership and handle all the numbers before I agreed to come in. I mentioned that I would be coming with my own USAA financing in place. He said not a problem. From the time I walked in the door the games began. The numbers changed that we agreed on, all of the sudden they don’t accept any outside financing, my salesman disappeared and a new guy appeared. You know the tag team approach! My experience buying my Lincoln Navigator at this dealership went great! I enjoyed the personality of Blane, appreciated Xavier working with me on negotiating a very fair trade, Santiago's patience with a few miscalculated numbers to make sure it was the right amount, and last but most definitely not least--Ismael for our conversation and his easy going style which sealed the deal for me buying my car. Although this dealership was a seven hour drive for me, I would definitely go there again to buy a car.

Service department here only cares about making a sale on additives and does not truly look at vehicle needs. Brought a truck here to do an oil change, advisor spun a sales pitch to add a condenser for fuel efficiency but ended up doing a fuel cleaner, transmission condenser and an additive to a coolant. Never disclosed prices, I only approved fuel injector cleaner and nothing else. Called me back that brake fluid is dirty and coolant is diluted and when asked how that could be since I had both flushed last summer he quickly stated "you'd be ok to go another 5-6k mile but it's dirty

This place is amazing...unless you are looking for a quality used vehicle and even sub-par customer service. If that's the case run like hell. I bought a 2018 F-150 two months ago and the transmission is already going out. When I called to speak with someone my phone number was taken and I was told they would be in contact right away. It's now two days later and not a word. I don't understand how this dealership is still in business. $5000 addendum charge on a new Ranger. Who in their right mind would pay that. Look at the other dealers in the area, they are not charging an addendum charge. I honestly don't understand why anyone would buy a vehicle there, why would you pay an addendum charge. Am I missing something? Or do people just not know that they don't have to pay this? Go to pretty much any other dealer in the Fort Worth are in person or online and see the difference. Don't waste 5k on that ridiculous charge.

I have 4 recalls on my car. I made an appointment to get my car fixed on August 17. I took my car in, they told me to take it home and they would contact me in 4-5 days when they had someone available to fix my car. I have called 4 times and left 3 voicemails and still have not heard from anyone! It's been over 2 months! Terrible terrible terrible customer service!

Had an absolutely fantastic experience here! My wife recently traded in her vehicle and got back into an Expedition and had a great experience, so I decided to bring my truck down here (a further drive than a closer dealership) to see if I had a good experience as well. And as a matter of fact, I did! I believe the gentleman's name in Service was Pete Roshell... he was super kind, respectful and a pleasure to work with! They tried to add 500$ onto the cost of the vehicle after saying they could discount off the asking price. Tried to charge for $500 for a spare key and another who knows how much for some tracking app. No thanks. Be up front with your pricing. I do not recommend using this dealer. I had to explain the the Ryan kid about the hybrid system of the car and he was insistent that it had 360 degree camera view which it did not. I drove from okc and it was a wasted trip.

This dealership ruined my dream car purchase! They damaged my new car and tried to hide it All they needed to do is paint and install a wing and powder coat the wheels. They damaged my trunk lid, window trim and dropped my car off a floor jack damaging my undercarriage. See photos. However, they did the right thing and traded me out of it. But then they kept the gap insurance in the amount of $1,200.

Worst place I have ever had to deal with. Have been waiting on a part for months, everyone I call, they tell me it isn't in. I ask to speak to a manager, one is never available. This was a recall on my car, so really needing fixed. Most recent time I called, they sent me to a towing company instead of a manager. I read reviews and they all said how horrible they are, I thought I would give them a chance. Don't do the same. I will find a different dealership. What is with this "Addendum"? I asked on the phone and thru email but received no answer. Finally I go down there and test drive a SuperDuty. While appraising my trade I find out that they Jack up the price 10-15k over MSRP. So I went to another dealer who honored my XPlan and I have ordered my first ever Vehicle which will be here in September. There are better Ford Dealers in the area so stay away from this one.

No one ever answers calls. When I finally eMailed they called me back. I requested an OFFICIAL quote for parr's and labor, I was told that they can't do that which is a lie, I worked in service and know that just typed up numbers can be changed but printed copy on the official dealers paper is in stone.. It's not the first lie I heard from this dealership so I will take my business and money to the dealer who actually trying to help. I wouldn't buy from them ether nor recommend it to anyone else.

These guys are nothing short of scam artist. We bought our certified vehicle on a rainy day. When we got home we noticed that the windshield was broken right outside of the wiper zone. We were told there was no issues with the car when we bought it, so we were disappointed to find a broken windshield on our $70k investment. That's what we get for trusting these guys. We talked to a manager after several calls of being ignored and they said they would make it right. When we brought the vehicle up no one was to be found.

I will never buy another vehicle from Grapevine Ford again. The buying experience wasn't bad, but the follow up was painful. I had 3 things I wanted done to the truck before I agreed to purchase it. They didn't do it at the time of purchase. Nor did the salesman document it prior to the purchase. I had to tell him to give it to me in writing before I left. They didn't follow up. I had to chase them down to get it scheduled. When I came in to get the items taken care of it took way longer than it should have. The salesman was aloof and they even managed to misspell my street name

I used Kelley Blue Book for a trade in appraisal. Grapevine Ford got notified and called me. I told them I was not interested but I did look online at their trucks. Guess what, with the truck shortage due to the lack of computer chips this dealership has added a $10K premium above MSRP! They sent me an email, I told them I would not do business with them and now they keep sending me emails. They are not honest, they are greedy, and they are rude. Deal with them at your own risk.

I had a service appointment scheduled today I had called last week and scheduled the appointment with the scheduler and advised him I need a rental car she advised me that I need to call my service rep which was Alfredo. I called Alfredo and left two messages and did not get a return call. Got my truck services today and had a good experience. Except the bathrooms, you can't have something that small for a medium large dealership. Please also reopen your cafe, working folks need coffee and they need it yesterday.
Alfredo is a great guy and a valuable asset to your organization. I grew up owning Ford's and branched out to German brands with a Lexus GS mixed in at one point but came back to Ford because the newer generation F150 provided comparable luxury and serenity with real utility and off-road capability.
