Probably one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. I would HIGHLY recommend against using this company. Techs show up without any notice of appointments. Techs don't know anything about common bugs. A tech set a trap for a mouse in my house, said he would come back to retrieve it, and then forgot to do so. Same tech said he would get info on an unusual bug problem, but I never got any follow up. The online chat agents aren't able to service accounts, requiring extra time. Basically you're just paying someone to walk around and spray crap around your house. I moved

We hired them for general pest control 2 yrs ago and they’ve been great. Whenever we have an issue or concern they respond immediately. Than this past year we ended up having a termite swarm which they have since resolved as well.

Rudy was very nice. He came out and checked my entire house. He was professional. He laid the poison around the house. He told me his coverage would be for 30 days and he would check back in with me in 10 days. I never heard back from him. I called to have him come back out before the 30 day mark. We set a date and time. I left work early to be there for our agreed upon time. He was a no call no show. I called him about 45 minutes later and received no response to the voice mail I left. It's too bad because he was a good guy and I got his name from our local Facebook recommendation page.

Resolution Pest is thebomb.com! They service my commercial kitchen and we have never had a problem. I decided to have them check out my home as I had a huge mice issue last winter. They explained everything and I signed up for a yearly plan. Great service, thorough explanations and results that make me happy. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

They did a termite treatment for us where we had significant activity and damage. They did the treatment last yr for us and haven’t seen anything since than. They also referred us to a carpenter that did the repair work which turned out good. We have since started using their quarterly pest service as well.

We called them because we were having a major termite issue. They were able to come out the next day came up with a treatment solution and treated the same week. Haven’t had an issue since and it’s been 4 month they followed up with an inspection things look good. The three guys that have been out have all been professional and on-time. We’ve since used them for a bee problem as well.

Rudy was polite and very professional.He explained everything that he did and reassured me that my pets would be safe. They answered the phone and were out the next day,on time. There is a 30 day guarantee Rudy offered to check in 10 days as I don't know what I am looking for untiI I see the whites of their eyes. Not only was the service great but their price was reasonable

I initially gave Resolution Pest a 1 star rating due to one bad staff that I had the displeasure of dealing with. However, after reporting this person to the company and complaining, they really turned things around and I saw a different side of the company and have been very pleased with the service and professionalism since.
