I have had quarterly service for several years, though they often "forget" to come. Recently they treated wasps in my home, and left a huge nest in my basement. I discovered live wasps still flying around and called and texted for someone to come out, clearly it's an emergency. Well, apparently it's only an emergency to me. The young lady who answered the phone did not think there was anything wrong with waiting 6 days for service, and let me know that it's not their fault that no one was around to answer calls or texts. She was happy to tell me I could cancel my contract

Pointe Pest Control has been effective in all they have done over several years of service. They have been to-the-rescue so often! They killed underground hornet and yellow jacket colonies. A huge bee hive that was discovered behind my bay window when it was being replaced. No problem for Point Pest Control staff. They stopped a mice problem in my garage on their first visit. I've learned a lot from their wonderful staff. And a big "thank you" to Anthony Salvo! Your are so nice and helpful. Thank you so much for your great and effective service.

Pointe has provided excellent service from the first treatment (countless) years ago. But this service call was for a particular newly found pest. The service tech was able to identify and describe the pest simply from their nests, and he responded to our call within 72 hours. He then proceeded to treat the entire property despite that the pests were mostly confined to a 4 square foot area around our mailbox.
Pointe always goes above and beyond, and we have never been less than highly satisfied with their level of service.

We are having a fly problem. Justin is amazing!!! He listened to all of my concerns and made me feel at ease about treating for flies and having pets! The flies are all going away and the outside is so much better!!!! Summer is my favorite and if I can’t b outside because of bugs…….. it is so frustrating!!!!!!!!!

Daniel is the best!!! Had a horrible yellow jacket problem, not only did he come right away he has check on us numerous times to make sure they were gone and that my kids were safe. My husband fought me and said he had the problem under control....... well he did not. My husband (who hates to pay anyone) signed a contract that night. What a great experience. I was run off of the road twice this morning by an employee. Both times i was also given the finger even though he was in the merging lane. The website says their core values are professionalism, service, integrity and excellence and I can say this employee broke all of those. I was actually scared as he was inches from hitting my car both times. This was in Lionville/Exton PA.

Pointe went door to door in my neighborhood citing their work at two neighbors houses for carpenter ants. I declined them "looking around my house" and said that we use another company sharing their name. They then responded inaccurately that the company we use doesn't treat for carpenter ants. Complete untruth. I said if they wanted to look outdoors they could but they needed to leave something in my mailbox about what they found because I had interrupted a work call to answer the door. The salesperson then said it would be "easier for him to knock again." I spoke

These guys are from King of Prussia area? They came alllllll the way to Princeton NJ area knocking on all the doors on my street at 9pm! Guy was dressed in all brand uniform..... was "in the neighborhood" yet we saw no signs of a work truck. They must really need work to be all the way out here randomly knocking on people's doors at 9pm on a Monday evening.

We've had this service for 1 year. Talk about awful customer service, the guy who answers the phone is constantly rude.
We've had a mice issue in our unfinished basement, in which last time they brought 2 basic mouse traps for a huge basement.they don't come back to replace them or check them or to clean up the dead mice.
We do not recommend this company..we will be switching to a more professional company that actually takes care of the problem and is nice to their customers.

The worst. I sit and wait for my first visit scheduled from 8 to 10 AM. I call at 10:30 only to find out that the "kid" that made the sale was from the summer sales program set me up in the summer system and now summer has ended. So I was never on the schedule. The "kid" who is Devin Despain and his number is 360 461 8966.
Waste of time but good that I found out early and never gave them my credit card number.

My husband signed a contract with them because my lawn guy thought we might have voles.
First payment 137.64 A box with poison was left in my landscaping in front of the house.
Approx. a week later, the technician showed up, put more poison in the box, he said, and was looking at my trees. I asked if the treatment for the voles was working and said he didn't think we had voles. So I asked what he was treating my yard for and he said we probably had mice that could get into our house. He said he inspected our house and saw some areas where mice could get in. We haven't had any mice

These guys are going to houses door to door trying desperately to drum up business. Don't waste time- they are harassing folks to sign up by stopping in 5 times in one week with aggressive sales tactics but little substance and pricing is not inclusive of all pest services. Sounds very desperate. Lots of add ons that they will throw in as part of their gimmick. Humprey, Viking or other local providers probably much better and will respond quicker than a company that is not even local. Do your homework - don't just get fooled by their numbers. Just received an unsolicited knock on my door from a representative of Pointe Pest Control. They're from the King of Prussia area and apparently do not have enough work, so they're sending people to the Lehigh Valley area. It appears they are going door to door, hitting up the nice neighborhoods, trying to solicit business with scare tactics. I was surprised to see these negative reviews. We've used Pointe for several years and have no complaints. This past spring we had a mouse problem. They came out the next day and set up some bait boxes and the problem went away...and stayed away. Every year we have a two week long ant problem and they come right out and do their thing and the ant invasion is over. As I said..no complaints.

Caught on video tape sitting in their cars doing nothing and then putting an invoice in the mailbox. Weeks later, service manager agreed to refund contract amount and NOTHING else. No apologizes no service recovery attempt at all. Still on the phone weekly trying to get my money back even after they agreed to do so.In the simplest of terms, criminals!
