Great service joe is the man I called he told me come in, I showed up told him my situation and BOOM I'M driving off in style. Satisfied customer to the utmost. I had gotten turned down so many times by car lots and was referred by a friend. I really thought it was a waste of my time since everyone else turned me down but CHUCK WAS AMAZINGGGGG!

Horrible scam , they allow title jumping to avoid paying taxes I had my car since April of last year I get pulled over by Toledo police to find out my car isn’t in my name or the dealer isn’t a Lien holder either ... I’ve called multiple times , asked the Receptionist cindy who was Jeremy (The name of guy on title) and Her only response was idk I called and left messages with manger no one has gotten back to me so the authorities will be involved Because why am I paying you money if it’s not your car PLEASE DONT GET YOUR CAR FROM HERE!!!!

They gave us a great deal on a much newer, less mileage truck than we were even looking at! My husband and I were impressed with that, but also how well they treated and basically catered to my kiddos(we had all 3 of them in the dealer with us😲) Wonderful, honest, empathetic staff... you don't find that often. Will definitely return!

Bought my car yesterday from Baily. All the guys there were helpful without all the high pressure I got at other places. They found me something I could afford with low miles that looks good and I feel safe driving! There is an issue with the sensor to the tire pressure but Baily said if it's still doing it tomorrow we will take care of it!! These guys are real professionals!

I didn't know what I would be walking into, I read the reviews on here and went in with mixed feelings. Afrer dealing with a well known dealership who guaranteed me a vehicle only to run my credit 10x and ignore my calls for 2 months I decided to give them a try. Right off Tim and I connected. He listened to what wanted and showed me what they had. He didn't make me feel pressured, plenty of laughs and smiles. I love my truck, my baby sister went to him and purchased the same truck also...Thanks Tim and team

Absolutely amazing!! Bailey and Chuck were beyond amazing and kind. My husband and I walked in 30 min to close just expecting to look and be told to come back because it was so late, but that didn’t happen. They went to their other lot to get us a car and let us test drive. Chuck worked on getting financing and did an amazing job. I’ve been to several other lots and they weren’t willing to help at all. I highly recommend going here for a car!!

Typical car salesman bs. Never stop talking or listen to you about what your looking for. Tried to put me in a car that was over my budget with a high interest rate and act like they are doing me a favor. Wasted my time by not telling me the price till i got there and then when i said the car had issues they basically just said, no it doesn't. Said, "i don't do the high pressure sales pitch" several times, then proceed to do exactly that. Rude, ignorant shysters...

Had the pleasure of dealing with the nicest people at DC motors,they went above and beyond to help me get the car that I wanted. They didn't treat me any different when they seen my poor credit rating,they took time to explain what everything meant on my report and gave me some easy tips to improve my credit. Chuck is a financial genius and never gave up on trying to get a bank to approve me. I had an OUTSTANDING! experience. Calvin was more then helpful and welcoming throughout the entire process. He also made everything easier to understand.
