Services
At Excel Auto Sales, we like to work with our customers to find a "comfortable" payment plan that meets each individuals needs. Our average payment plan is as follows (exceptions may apply): Weekly Payments $50-100, Bi-weekly Payments $100-200 and Monthly Payments $200-400. On the date of the sale, we require the phone number and address of 5 reliable people that you know.
If you are applying for individual credit in your own name and are relying on your own income or assets and not the income or assets of another person as the basis for repaying of the credit requested, complete Sections A and C. If this is an application for joint credit with another person, complete all Sections, providing information in Section B about the joint applicant.

I love this place! I've gotten 2 vehicles from them so far. Brad & Jerry are awesome. Anytime I ever have an issue with my vehicle (normal wear&tear) Jerry takes good care of me. I recently purchased a vehicle less than 30 days ago & I have had to have the vehicle towed twice. The 1st issues started less than 24hrs after I purchased the car. Within the first 4days I had to have the starter replaced. The defrost stopped functioning & the automatic car starter stopped functioning within days of my purchase also. Yesterday I became stranded when the car started jerking badly & ultimately cut off leaving me stranded with traffic backing up & wouldn't restart. I called this company and was completely blown off by the gentleman who answered who stated I could have it towed to

January 23rd, 2019 I purchased a used 2009 Dodge Journey from Brad. in less then 24hrs of purchase the check engine light came on. I immediately took it back to the dealer and the only thing they were willing to do was tell me it was an 02 sensor and clear the code. Shortly after leaving the dealership the light came back on so this leads me to believe that when I originally called in reference to the vehicle that when Brad said to me "°I will pull it out and warm it up for you if you would like to come test drive it" what he was really doing was clearing the code. The light will not stay off

I sent my father to Excel to have his oil changed and his Air conditioning fixed. The guys at Excel were very respectful and honest with my father. They checked over his car and found other issues to watch for, and did not pressure him to fix them. Excel gave my dad great service in a timely manner, the car was ready when they said it would be, and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone!

If there was a zero I would give it. My car was making a horrible sound on a Saturday and I just made it to the repair shop. Walked in the door to see a gentleman on his phone, after me saying hi first he acknowledged I was there. I told him my problem and he said there was nothing he could do because it was a Honda. He sent me to another place about two miles north and highly recommended them. I made it to the other shop only stalling twice to find out they are not open on the weekends. I can not comment on their repair service but their customer service was very poor. Thanks to that gentleman
