Joe's Autos was founded in 1990 by entrepreneur Joe Smidi. With Joe semi-retired, the local family owned used car dealership has since been passed down to Joe's son Adam, who maintained the company name and its tireless and unparalleled commitment to the customer. I gotta tell you....Adam and his whole crew have been really great...we first came to Joes Auto months ago with some thoughts about what we wanted and then life happened and it was really tough for us to deal with daily activities. I really feel that they went way above and beyond to help us get our transportation needs in order and we bought a second vehicle from them in a short amount of time. I hope you read this before considering a purchase from Joe's auto. Especially if you have bad credit and you feel like this is your best option. It's not. Please consider walking, taking a bus, asking for rides, getting an Uber. Starting a gofundme. Save yourself the heartache and financial ruin that I have been experiencing from August 2018 until now July 28 2020.

If your looking for a nice used vehicle stop in and talk to Joe, Adam or one of the other staff member on the floor. Willing to discuss different options with you for the right fit. I will say to you that they do have high risk financing available for people that aren't able to get financing through their own bank or lender. Willing to allow short term payments if your short on finances. From my experience with them this far has been A+. Don't be afraid to test their knowledge and ask questions.

I have seen how this business owner responds to customer reviews so I will present our experience facts first and final opinion last.
We took a car from Joe's to a mechanic and had them run a full check through the car.
The mechanic found no major problems initially.
Because the mechanic found no major problems on first inspection we decided to buy the car.
The list price was $4,450. When they sold us the car they "gave us a good deal" and we bought it for $5000.
The day after we bought it we went on two short errands and the check engine light turned on.

Worst experience ever in buying a used car, to be honest, they don't now anything about any car on there lot and they'll tell you to your face that is a good car. Don't trust the niceness..I had the car for not even a month, nothing but problems, if you have to resort in a place like this go to the east side of Toledo..take your business elsewhere

I thought that I had found the perfect car. Eddie spent months helping me. At first it was perfect, and then the problems started. Less than a month after I bought the car, during the first real rain storm, we realized that there were sealing problems. There were cups of water in my car. There's no way I believe that they did not know this was a problem. Then a little over a month after I bought my car the power steering went out. After that fix I thought it was fine. When the power steering failed again we found out that numerous wires were cut, leaving many spliced incorrectly and multiple
