Eric did an awesome job helping me install a gas line and garage heater. He also went above and beyond by detecting and fixing a small gas leak we had in our garage from the previous owners, despite pre-purchase inspection! They came out to our house look at the work we wanted done, said they would get back with a quote. Haven't heard a word since. Called 3 or 4 times leaving my call back number and email. No response....if you didn't want the job that's fine just don't ghost potential clients. Don't waste your time with these guys because they will waste yours.

We used this company once and they did a great job helping us, so we were happy to use them again when something else popped up.
We asked to have a shut-off valve installed on a toilet, our home is old and the plumber wanted to be sure he was doing it right (kudos for that), we're approaching 2 months since that visit and never got a follow-up, they stopped answering their phone. I went on facebook to message them and asked if they went out of business and that I was trying to reach them. they finally replied that they were not out of business and how could they help.. when I explained the situation
