The History of LeVahn Brothers Plumbing starts in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Established in 1923, LeVahn Brothers Plumbing was started by brothers Arthur, Ernie and Ed LeVahn. The first store was located at 4147 Fremont Ave in North Minneapolis' Camden neighborhood. LeVahn Brothers stayed in the Camden neighborhood of Minneapolis providing services to the community and surrounding communities for over 70 years.

LeVahn Brothers Hardware Hank is a full service hardware store located in the Bass Lake Shopping Center on the border of Maple Grove and Plymouth. We are an "old fashioned" family owned hardware store. At LeVahn Bros. Hardware Hank we try and meet as many of the needs of the home owner, builder, re-modeler and do it yourself-er as we possibly can.

I had a leaking flex hose from a 20 year old Kohler faucet and could not find the replacement part anywhere because it had been discontinued. When I found it online the retailers would have it listed as out of stock of discontinued. I called Hardware Hank and Chris was able to have the part for me in 3 business days. Excellent customer service!

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable. My water softener leaked the resin core and plugged my hot water heater and everything else in the house. LeVahn's got someone out the same day to replace the softener and flush-out the water heater. The tech was friendly and explained how to use the new softener. Great experience.

We had some plumbing work done and help with getting some permits completed on a rental property. Andy was so kind and knowledgeable helping us get everything set up and keeping us in the loop throughout the process. The plumber, Dave who came out was just as wonderful to work with. A great company we definitely plan to use in the future and would be happy to refer them to anyone.

Huge props to Levahn Brothers for being kind, courteous, and helpful with their over the phone suggestions to help me fix my own plumbing problem myself. We had an er situation where my son's bathtub faucet wasn't turning off unless I shut down the main valve. The person on the phone made a suggestion on what the problem likely was and helpful tips on how I could quickly fix it on my own! It worked and I've got nothing but appreciation since we had no water for the past two days and were desperate!

Wow! It's high cleaning and quarantine right now... mid April 2020...when the Coronavirus is killing massive people around the world...and supermarkets and commercial hardware stores are out of cleaning supplies...but Levahn Brothers is well stocked up. After leaving my cart in the middle of the Plymouth Lowe's after spending over 30 horrible minutes being sent all over the store by employees in search of an ice scraper for my driveway I decided to try Levahn Bro's/Hardware Hank. I am SO GLAD I did! There were knowledgeable employees ready to help the instant I walked in the door, they got me what I needed within 5 minutes and then helped me carry everything out to my car. If Lowe's was a nightmare this was a dream! Did I pay more than I would have at Lowe's? No idea. Was any price difference more than worth it? Absolutely

This store provides the best service, and is my go to spot for any kind of hardware needs. Whether you need a box of nails, an obscure plumbing part, or custom cut glass, they're always a help. It is a true asset to the community!
Last weekend my snowblower quit working--just refused to start. I called around and discovered Levahn has an arrangement with an independent mechanic who does small engine repair. I brought in the machine, paid a simple $20 deposit, and was told to expect to have it back in about a week.

We had a difficult plumbing problem which we had been told would cost upwards of $1500. However, Dave, our LeVahn Brothers plumber, was able to resolve the problem, and fix another unknown problem, for just over $550. Dave was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and cleaned up when he completed the work. Well done!

Excellent response and service for plumbing needs. Our water heater ended up leaking and needed to be replaced. I spoke with Andy at Levahn and he was able to give me a price and schedule over the phone. Job was done on time and at the quoted price. Jerry, the installer, was very courteous, prompt, and professional. They were genuinely happy to be doing work for us. They knew we were without hot water and made sure we were taken care of. Thanks for getting the job done!

These people are the real deal. I've been going here for years (on the advice of my parents). They will take the time to do the extra steps - which makes all the difference. Yesterday I came in with a weedwhacker manual book - I had to get the oil to mix in the gas and a spool of line for it. A kind worker there looked at the manual and told me exactly what to get (ended up being less than $10). She also told me that I should get non oxygenated gas (and why) and where to go to get it (a station 5 minutes away).

I had a pipe with a pin hole leak that I noticed on fishing opener weekend. Of course my husband was away fishing (isn't that the way it always happens). I called to see if they were able to come and fix my pipe. Unfortunately they were booked until the next week. The kind person I talked with(Andy?) told me they had a product in their store called JB Water Weld, a putty like substance that could patch my pipe until my husband got home to fix it. It was only around $8 and it worked fantastic and did the job. I was able to patch my pipe and in about 2-3 hours was able to turn the water back
