I work at a church and have had keys made with them and all the keys work well and the staff was quick and knowledgeable. I also called them because I had a jammed door and they were able to get a tech, I believe his name was Chris, out the same afternoon! Thankfully it was a super easy fit - really just a finicky door that he helped me with a few tips. He wasn't even in the building 5 minutes, but he waived the service fee because it was so fast. What great service! I appreciate you!

I lost my keys so called around to different locksmiths most said that I had bring the car in to have a new key made and to program it. The last place I called was able to come in between jobs a couple of hours. Michael was there earlier than expected was able cut a key before he came and was able to program very quickly, very professional.

Great service and very knowledgeable. I needed help replacing my cluster mailbox lock and they had an assortment for all situations. Reasonable price and even went over how to install. I had a minor issue and they worked with me to get it all fixed properly. Looks and works great. Really appreciate their help. Will go back for all locksmith needs!

Moved into a new place and wanted to make a copy of the sticky mail key the office gave us. I couldn't get it made in the local department store lock kiosks. Turns out they gave us an industrial key for a residential lock. The locksmith copied it onto the correct key, quick and cheap. Will return for all lock and key needs. 10/10

Very good experience with Pappy ordering me OEM key fobs for a car we just purchased. Programmed at the shop for a third of the price the dealer wanted. Took 1 week to order and Less than 10 minutes to Program and delete memory of any old ones that may exist out there from previous owners. Looks like I found my new goto locksmith!

Went in for a quick rekeying of a couple of doorknobs. Even while juggling a lot of different responsibilities the guy who helped me was extremely courteous, friendly, personable, and efficient. I never felt like a bother. He was just as great over the phone too, which is appreciated. The job was simple, but he still took the time to explain things to me and double check that I got everything I needed.

The locksmith showed up on time, but didn't have what was needed to fix an offset lock, so he had to go back to the shop. I had him rekey two residences that were close together and the job was done satisfactorily. However, when it came time to pay, his pay device had a tip screen that blocked payment. I was shocked and let him know that, but felt forced to leave a tip. Had I been thinking, I wouldn't have at all - later after I reviewed the bill I realized the tip alone was $43.37. I will never use this company again.

After discovering a home invasion that had been going on for who knows how long, I looked up Wise Locksmiths and spoke with Chris, the owner, who immediately understood my situation and had Michael come to my rescue for a new super secure front door lock that no one will ever get in again! EDIT: The provider reached out to me and mentioned that there might be a confusion while scheduling. The appointment was not for 10 am but a 10-11 am window. However there was still a little bit of rush during scheduling which would probably explain this confusion. I'd like to mention again that the work that was done was top notch. I'm in love. I went to 2 different locksmiths for a duplicate fire safe key. The other two places made the keys but they didn't fit. Thanks but no thanks. The Wise Guys - yeah go ahead, you can use that name - killed it on the first shot. Bingo!

I got my transponder keys cut and programmed with my car. It was fast and decently inexpensive. He even took the time to answer my annoying questions about using physical keys for my keyless car.
Side-note: Before I went in, I talked to them on the phone a couple times and the service was kind of off-putting. I wasn't sure if they were actually going to be helpful, try to rip me off, or even wanted my business. But once I showed up in person the service was great with no hassle.

We recently purchased a home and wanted to rekey the locks after moving in. I called Wise Locksmith and the owner picked up promptly, gave me a quote, explained what would need to happen, and booked me for an appointment the next day.
One of their employees, Michael, came out the following day and provided excellent service. He informed me of the process, how long it will take, and even asked if we have a mailbox we need rekeyed, which I didn't even think of and I'm glad he did because he ended up doing that for us as well. Overall a great experience and we'll definitely keep them

I have had to have Chis come back to fix 2 out of 5 locks, one of them twice. Chris was very aggressive about first removing my original review. He admitted that what he used to key these locks was not the correct fix for these doors and they all need to be re-done.
I removed the original post and called the office for a refund so I can have a locksmith re-due them without dealing with Chris. I told the office manager I DID NOT WANT CHRIS TO CALL ME. He called immediately which I ignored so he sent this text:
