I will start by saying if I could give Amber 20 stars I would - but this is about the actual repair experience.
I have used this company before and had a great experience -
So after the recent freeze - I called them.
First - I live in a farm house on blocks .
The water to the home was just restored 03/20/21 there were 15 leaks t 7 of those were repaired by Floguard. Three of those have been re-done due to leaks, there is still one dripping that will have to be re-done.
First two leaks went fine - even though they continued to show up in the dark - sometimes as late as 8 pm -

We used them when our house had a hot water pipe bust from the hard freeze. We did have to go on a waiting list but we understood because so many of us were having the same issue. Amanda was patient and polite during the whole process. We would definitely use them again.

From the beginning, Amanda showed professionalism, expertise, and excellent customer service. She made the entire process comfortable and pleasant by explaining all costs upfront with no hidden fees.
There is a fee for coming out, but if you decide to use their services, the cost is waived or reduced by the total price.
Someone came out and explained what was wrong with the water heater and suggested what to do and how to proceed. The technician quoted the same amount as Amanda from the beginning - so no surprises.

We had Mr. Mikey fixing a strong sound in our plumbing system. He fixed the mistake from an independent plumber that we hired. We highly recommend Mr. Mikey, he was very knowledgeable, answered to all my questions, and actually found the root cause of the problem. So our AC technician was out servicing our AC when he noticed we had an issue with our water heater and we needed a plumber...I had no idea who to call so I took a chance on FloGuard just from other Yelp reviews and let me tell you I was not disappointed! From calling to tell them my issue to the technicians who came out to service our water heater the whole experience was great!! From the time I called Becca had the guys out in less then 30 minutes and they were so professional and so helpful! They fixed our problem and did not even begin to charge us for their time. Our sewage line was backed up and they came out for a quote. MIKEY is THE BESTTTT! Loved his customer service and honesty. Even communicating through the company they are GREAT with communication and everythinggggg. I TRUST THIS COMPANY 1000%!!! Thanks to Amanda at FloGuard Plumbing for taking care of my problem. Thought I had a leak under the kitchen sink but it was the faucet. They came out and took a look at it and told me I needed to buy a new faucet. Charged me $39 for service call. They would credit my bill when they install the faucet. My wife purchased a new faucet during the week. I called that Friday and it was installed the following day. Thanks to Amanda and the service man who installed it. Everything is fine! The total service call was $125. Thank you so much. We will be calling you again!

The plumber came in the window of time agreed upon and with a call stating the exact time of arrival. As per the ad, an estimate was given after evaluating the problem and explaining it thoroughly. The plumber performed the job with great expertise and focus. He even "cleaned up" the area once the job was complete.
