Great work performed and great customer service! We had an immune suppressed family member that was very ill when the AC failed, putting his health in serious jeopardy. Ray Rios (owner) came out quickly and got a new system installed and running that day!
This is an amazing company with good people that care about the quality of their work and they care about their customers.
We now use them for other work such as electrical, some plumbing, repairs whatever we need help with. I can’t recommend them strongly enough.

I called this company for my house AC .. wasn't cooling my place they showed up on time but this company charged insane amount of part. They charged me for regular $22 .00 capacitor for 329.00 and services charges $89.00.

Called to get my ac fixed ,
They said the reason why it wasn't working was bc the belt broke and they said it would be $275 to repair . I paid the $275. They advice me that there was ice and once the ice melted it would work. I let it sit overnight only to find out it didn't work . I called numerous times to get it fixed and refused to come out stating i called to have the belt fixed and the was done . I never called for a belt I called to get my ac fixed and whatever that came
with having for it to work again . Now I'm out $275 and still no ac, btw they said they wouldn&apos

Not helpful at all! We called them to get our AC fixed they went to "fix" it, they charged us for the "work" that was done and they left saying it was fixed. Next day the AC was still acting up, when we called and told them they kept giving us excuses and they kept hanging up! Terrible customer service!! Still haven't even fixed the issue!!

Replaced a 5 ton unit with a new package. Also replaced the plenum and installed P-trap on a 3 ton unit. Chose this company for its good rating, but maybe I've just had a very bad luck:
1. Ceiling was damaged (see photo). The ceiling was repaired and repainted, but not matching the color and texture.
2. After a P-trap was installed on the 3 ton unit, the shutoff valve on the primary drain line was left in the closed position for almost a month, until the dripping water from the ceiling was noticed.

UPDATE: A few months later same issue happened with another room. I have a home warranty and they sent someone out. It's not covered of course and I'm paying for it myself. Same issue I had as last time but here's the kicker and why they went from 5 stars to 1 star. Texas Strong is price gouging their customers. The price I paid in September, $895.... the price I'm paying to have the same thing done by another company $410. Wow! Shame on you Texas Strong.... shame on you! I'd suggest anyone reading this and needing AC repaired go somewhere else unless you want to pay

The service was spectacular. Not only where they available the same day but were able to identify the root cause of the issue and present multiple options to fix the problem. To add to the amazing service it was all during a crazy Houston freeze that resulted in power outages and shut the whole city down. They were able to fix our furnace within 24 hours so that we could bring our newborn baby home from the hospital to a warm and safe place. We are so pleased with the service and will recommend to our friends.
