Our Central Station is staffed 24 hours a day 7 Days a week. When you call United you always speak to a live & local person. Our alarm operators are trained to assist you in the event of an emergency and can notify the proper authorities.
How it works: If your system is tripped, the central station will call your home or business. If you do not answer the phone the local authorities will be notified as well as your emergency contacts. Always on the go? United can notify you by e-mail through your personal handheld device (PDA, Blackberry, etc.) if your system has been activated.
United's Certified Central Station is located in Downtown Manhattan. Our professional monitoring staff is highly experienced and extensively trained in Commercial and Residential monitoring. Approved by the New York City Fire Department, UL Listed and CSAA certified, United uses state of the art technology to monitor burglar fire and sprinkler alarm systems 24 hours a day.

This was the 3rd time we've used this company to install security cameras for us. This time it was for our office. They were great as always and very thorough. George and Joe are the best team. Prince was an amazing resource--he absolutely knows everything you could ever need in a security system--including what you DON'T need--and was incredibly helpful in the entire process from start to finish! Ruben's team did a fantastic job on the install--really professional and thoughtful. Bay Alarm also has a lot of great features that you can't find at other security companies, like you can have them send someone out to check on a tripped alarm before they call the police to cut down on false alarms (which are SO Expensive!).

They are very prevalent in Oakland which is great because you get to take advantage of their frequent patrols. Also great service. After 4 years I needed service on a couple of the sensors. Howard came by and was friendly, quick, and explained to me how to perform easier self service in the future (and refused to take a tip).

Prince is simply the best!!! did a great job installing five cameras for our home. fast, clean and a fair price. went over all of the operations, how to watch remotely, etc. then a few months later, we decided we needed a sixth camera. no problem, he came out and did the job quickly and perfectly. would recommend Oren to anybody needing great, friendly, professional service.

United Security Systems is extremely professional and efficient. They came to our house within a couple days of our initial contact, Price provided a quote within hours and scheduled our install just a few days later. The team was polite and moved quickly. We were home with a newborn during the install and they worked around us without any issues. Tyler spent at least an hour helping to set our phones and computers up and took extra time to make sure the camera angles and clarity were perfect. We highly recommend this company and are so glad we made the investment in our home security and peace
