We tried installing DIY systems in our pre-1899 building, and without the proper electrical requirements or working off an existing system, that was a fail. Reached out to a couple of security firms, but all just seemed to blindly quote the job without taking into account all the factors. Ziv was on time, attentive, and took the effort to inspect our building to find a solution that is seamless, hidden, and secure. Our new intercom system has worked flawlessly since day one, and the mobile app gives us piece of mind when we're not present to accept packages. Highly recommend!

I attempted to set up an appointment for an intercom repair but they never responded to my emails. So I ended up having to use a different company for the work. A few weeks later they thought it was a great idea to send me an invoice for the work that they supposedly completed. No one showed up. No one replied to my emails. There was never an appointment and yet they are demanding that I pay them. Stay away from these guys.

I had a great experience with Vetex Security from start to finish. Tal and his team were extemely responsive and were thoughtful and proactive about figuring out the best solution to fit the needs of our building (which resulted in getting a new electronic magnet lock system/intercom system/motion sensors etc). Highly recommend working with them and will continue to use them for all of our security needs!

Vertex was as seamless as it gets when it comes to tech installations. The products thy offer were explained thoroughly and they kept our needs always present. I would highly recommend using Vertex. Once we decided on the video intercom kit we needed, the installation was done promptly and very clean.

The deal was coordinated through Tal, a very intelligent, informative and pleasant person. If you have the option, I would highly recommend to finalize the job through Tal.
The job was done very smoothly, without any unexpected events. The job also was conducted professionally and with the best equipment possible to our highest satisfaction.

We chose Vertex Security to upgrade our office CCTV system from an old analog system to an IP system.
The setup came out great, the communication with Vertex sales person was good, he was informative, available and helpful, the installation was smooth even though they ran new wires to the cameras, they did clean and neat work (I was worried about that) the training was clear and the price is fair. Overall, I'm very happy with the end results.
Now I can use my IPhone to check the cameras and to view the recording. The quality is amazing! Now we can actually recognize the faces instead of seeing

We put out a request for proposal asking for vendors to offer us solutions after explaining our needs and budget for a new building control system that included cameras, an intercom system, elevator and door access control as well remote application that will control it all in one place that is intuitive and user friendly. I moved into a new apartment in Chelsea and needed to replace some of the security measures in my apartment. There was an older CCTV system in place that I wanted to upgrade and also needed to replace my front door locking mechanism with a professional keypad lock. I called a few companies and decided to go with Vertex Security - they were very professional and courteous. Installation was done on the agreed upon date and took several hours. Once completed the installer explained to me in detail how to use the new CCTV system and the new Keypad Lock. Overall I am very happy with the service I received
