Barry helped me out today with my Dryer problem with true knowledge and honesty. He explained exactly what was the problem with my dryer was and we both decided it was not worth fixing. Barry was brilliant! I love people who take pride in the work that they do. After completely cleaning out our dryer ducts and making sure everything was clean, he then talked me through the work he did. His level of detail was great. As an example, he carefully showed me the replacement screw he used for one of our ducts was a stainless steel screw not the old steal (and therefore rust prone) used by the last group who serviced our dryer. Superb!

It is so frustrating when one calls a repair service and the service person does not have a clue about how to correct or makes the situation worse...this is definitely NOT the case. Very professional, on time, extremely knowledgeable,efficient and cleans up afterwards! 5 stars in my book.
