Really sad, was so hopeful. Lost my motorbike key. Am told by many that I need the 'code', but to get the 'code' i need to 'break into' my bike which I am not mechanically inclined to do. HOW?? But I have a VIN which doesn't seem to help. I broke my helmet lock off the bike but it is surrounded by hard plastic. Took VIN to five different locations, including this place, with no chance of getting a key made. There my motorbike sits and it might as well be 'totaled' This is my third motorbike in two decades and now I have none.

This is the only place I will go to copy keys! I first visited with a broken off key extracted from and ignition of a vehicle I bought, only key. They were able to match the key and cut copies from the computer, inserted into ignition and rig started! Recently bought a locking mailbox, called and gave then the key blank number from online to see if they could help. Blank did not cross reference, they asked the make of the mailbox, stated they had the required blanks. Made copies for half the cost of online. Support your local business and pay less?!? WIN!!! Great folks here.

Need keys cut? The only place to go is Everett Safe and Lock. We quit using Lowes and Home Depot years ago because whatever price break we got from using them was balanced out by the fact their keys didn't work. Not much of a balance! I have an old Sentry Safe with a lost key that can be replaced by calling Sentry and using the lock code stamped on the lock for $25 bucks and hope the shipped keys actually work. Everett Safe can do the same thing for about $14 and I don't have to wait for the mail and hope Sentry picked out the proper key.. Some postings complained of the higher prices

Don't hire anyone else here in Everett, that you find online. These guys
are real professionals. Many of those with similar and same name, are
rip-off companies. I dealt with a scary company that had only foreigners
working for them. they were pushy and rude over the phone. Don't be
fooled, like I was.

I couldn't be happier with the professional manner in which Everett Safe & Lock works. I was in a very tight time pinch in order to have my commercial store front door updated to meet new ADA requirements, Adam was able to come out the following day from my initial call to see what would be need, ordered needed speciality parts and was extremely accommodating to My limited schedule. I can't say enough good things about company, and would highly recommend for your project.

I had to come to this location because I had a specialty key. I was very pleasently surprised by how quickly I was greeted and my order was taken. The attendant was courteous and quick. I was also shocked that my purchase was less than if Home Depot or Lowe's had been able to fill my order, ( I had tried them both ) and ES&L was cheaper and the customer service was waaaaayy better. "Key"-p this place in mind when you need a key made and they have a great choice of accessories!

There are a few times in life when a meal is so expertly crafted that it blows your mind. This is not a location like that. You will probably never experience a good meal here, but you shouldn't expect to. Expect very knowledgeable staff, quick work, and great help!
These guys are good and really seem to know their stuff. I came in a couple times after I bought a hundred year-old house that had doors with locks/knobs a little different from what you can buy in the store. I was trying to change out all the locks and didn't have all the know-how myself. I talked to them and made some inquiries

Adam worked on my gun safe. He took a methodical approach, eliminated every possible cause and opened my safe. He repaired a pin that was out of track and then fixed the holes he had to drill.. My safe works better than new. He was very professional. and a likable guy. Gary assisted with the job and these two guys worked hard to fix my problem. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for a safe or any lock made. A+ They do commercial safes, residential fire/gun safes, doors and even automotive.

Our company needed a key made for a 2001 Ford Ranger. They made the key but once back at the shop discovered that there key wouldn't wouldn't even go in the ignition. We called and they refused to give our money back($90). They said they would rather lose our business then give us a refund. We threw there key in the trash and went to a company that knows how to treat there customers. This company is garbage and I seriously would ask you to reconsider before doing any business with them. We are a family business since 1976 and treating people right is what's kept our business going

I was COMPLETELY disappointed in this company. I used them because of the good reviews. My car was stolen with my purse and mail key inside. I called Everett Safe & Lock to see how much it would be to rekey my mailbox. They told me that mailbox locks are flimsy, so they would actually just replace the lock instead, they told me the lock would be $18, $13 to come out, and actually replacing the lock would be $22. So $53 total, which after some research I found would be cheaper than replacing the mailbox. So my boyfriend called and scheduled them to come out. They came and looked at the mailbox

If you have extra money laying around and don't mind giving it to Everett Lock and Safe, then by all means pay them a visit. I went there to purchase a safe. The price seemed high and I really got the feeling that I was being manipulated (just a gut feeling). So I left and did some research. The price they had marked on the 2 safes that I looked at was $125 over the manufacturer's suggested retail price. BUT they were willing to knock $100 off. This still left them $25 over the suggested retail price and WAY over similar products on the internet. So I called them and told them what I
