John and Sherry are wonderful to work with. We just had some hot days here in Hayesville, Oregon and it was a blessing that John could fit me in so quickly. John provided a quote on Tuesday and installed on Thursday. Stated he would be there and just like that my family is comfortable inside the house. Our bedroom had heat issues recently and I thought an animal had gotten under the house and had caused a pipe to fall off...I called J and S to see about getting someone out to do a quick check. Justin came out and had found 3 disconnects and 2 of the screens for venting had been damaged. He fixed them very quickly and we now have proper heating to the back bedroom! Justin was very professional and friendly and I will 100% be using them again if i need anymore heating/cooling work done.
