I called Focus Heating during a summer heatwave as my fan went out and we had no way to cool our home. Jason's team was out within a day, (Saturday) and repaired our AC. There was no extra charge for a weekend and it was done quickly and correctly.

Very rarely do you see a company that actually cares about their community. After the fire is out in Lyons and the air quality out here in Stayton getting really bad Focus opened their warehouse to the community. they sold filters to the community at below retail prices in order to make sure that their fellow community members were taken care of. when I called to let them know that I was in need of an air filter I also let them know that I had my kiddos in the car and it would be difficult for me to bring them in.
