Dear Tom, Just a note to thank you for your prompt and excellent service while I lived in Jamestown. Your employees that serviced my boiler, water heater and a/c, when needed, were always courteous and very knowledgeable on the systems. To whom it may concern, I am writing to extend my gratitude for your patience with my payment.
I am sorry for being tardy. When my father passed away we were in a tailspin. Thankfully, we are financially back on track. To Tom and the team, we just wanted to thank you for performing our new boiler installation. We are very happy and I will strongly recommend you to all of our family and friends.

Services
Thank you for visiting our website and considering our company as your home comfort provider. Hope Energy was formed with the consolidation of Lincoln Oil, Hope Oil, and Interstate Oil. I am the president, Thomas A. Vessella, the third-generation owner of Lincoln Oil; with the recent acquisitions of two wonderful local heating oil companies, it was decided that a new name should be considered.
Winters in Rhode Island are no joke. You want to use a heating oil company that checks all the boxes: quality fuel, competitive prices, and real customer service. Hope Energy checks all three, and then some. We want you to have options, so we've developed two choices for you when it comes to fuel oil delivery in Rhode Island.
We're here to help our customers in Rhode Island make their heating bills as manageable as possible. That's why Hope Energy offers several payment plans for you to choose from. Signing up for a payment plan will make your heating costs more predictable, especially during the coldest months of the year.
We love summer in Rhode Island! But the hot, humid weather? Not so much. Beat the heat with air conditioning installations and services from Hope Energy. We provide professional installations and expert service for all types of central air systems and ductless mini-split A/C units. Say goodbye to clunky, loud, and inefficient window A/C units.
Make sure your home's heating equipment is up to the challenge of winter in Rhode Island. Hope Energy helps our customers stay safe and warm by providing professional heating services for oil and gas heating systems. How old is your existing boiler or furnace? If your equipment is 15 years or older, it might be time for an upgrade.

Up until about a year ago I would have given this company 5-star rating. Now they are a part of Energy one. They brought oil and placed sticker on my Inlet marking their brand. Serviced my furnace and then marked it with their brand with a 8 by 6 inch sticker on the furnace. The sticker is hard to remove. All the stickers don't even say hope oil they have the energy One logo. Discarded all of my maintenance tags that I had of records for 10 years most likely because they had other oil companies on them. As far as I'm concerned went from friendly too rude and inconsiderate.
