I would give zero stars if I could. We rented a U-Haul truck from a different location in another state, that we live in, and was advised that we could drop off the truck at a location closest to our destination. This location was the closest, so we did as we were supposed to and with it being a Saturday, left the truck and keys as instructed and checked it in online, also as we were instructed to do. Monday morning comes around and our bank account is hit with an additional $189 charge. This is outrageous and unacceptable. We are fighting the charge and I will update with the outcome. As for now

I Love leasing space from the folks at Community Storage King George! The team there are so helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. The really put pride into their properties all while making sure the tenant remains happy. They are very friendly and Family oriented and some of the easiest people to talk too. And the respect they give to their military and Government tenants is some of the best I've ever seen.

I have my personal belongings stored since 2014 and have never had one problem. They have a very nice and clean prioerty with access anytime you need it, and have always been a welcoming place and treat you like family.
