I called at 8AM to get broken glass replaced and in an outside door. The crew picked up the door, replaced all of the glass panels and had it reinstalled before noon. I couldn't ask for better, more courteous service. Great experience with this company! Only window repair place in area that helped with a emergency repair next day and gave us a amazing price!

Came to Goodman glass to have a window repaired and a 2nd piece of glass cut for my home windows. I received excellent, friendly service on the same day I called and the work was great. I have been back already 2 more times for my glass needs and they have exceeded my expectations each time. The prices are very reasonable and honestly the best in town after several quotes from shops. This is a owner run shop so they care about their products and service. I won’t go anywhere else for my glass. Thanks guys!

I'm not surprised this company is this highly rated. My daughters window needed to be replaced, and they were able to do it in under 48 hours.
But that story doesn't do it justice. I'd first called a competitor. I called them last week. It took them until yesterday to get out here. When he got here, I noticed a distinct lack of tools with the guy... so I asked "we're fixing this today, right?".
"No, just taking measurements and getting you a quote. Earliest we can get out here again to replace it would be next week, I'll email you the quote".
That's ridiculous. I've already waited a week.

Worked with Goodman Glass for glass replacement of a large (~60 inch) window that was vandalized (and another small one). Very impressed with the clear communication and the short amount of time between my first call and project completion. I think it was about only two weeks from my first call and the glass replacement was done, compared to waiting months for new windows. Considering the complexity of the job, I was surprised to find only very minimal paint touch ups needed, if any. It looks good as new! Thank you for the help!

This business is awesome! The people are professional and the service is great. The price was reasonable, and they helped me immediately. They had a piece of glass for me cut and installed within minutes. The glass cutter said, "We know you have other things to do, so we don't want you to wait around." I certainly appreciate this convenient service, and I will definitely be back again.

My sliding glass door had a freak blowout from the inside. I was scared. Didn't know what to do. Called Goodman they calmed me down and in a timely manner did a service call and charged me 50% less than what was quoted over the phone. Part was ordered and door fixed in about 10 days. The technician attempted to clean up all the tiny pieces of glass but I think I will be still finding pieces for yrs.

I managed to break my neighbors downstairs windows late at night. We don't need to get into details how that happened. Goodman Glass was great and called me back first thing the following morning and had someone out to replace the window that day. This place is the most affordable option for glass pane cutting and replacement. It's extremely affordable if you just give them your measurements over the phone and pick it up. Otherwise it's a bit more for them to install for you. They are my go to glass place, both for my rental properties and personally. They do offer glazing but they didn't do such a great job on some old windows I had so I'd recommend going somewhere else for that.

I had the pleasure meeting John the owner ( this was in 2007-2008). I had a few windows broken by "kids", to make it cheaper we took the windows in to the store( they had given me a free in home estimates) until today my windows works fine. I have worked with Goodman Glass again in Dec 2012 I must say the cost has gone up (like everything else) but the service was good.

These folks are obviously up to no good and they clearly do not care about their potential customers. I called them because I had a broken window and needed immediate service. We agreed on an appointment for them to come to my house the very next morning. They told me they would be taking the ENTIRE window OUT, bring it to their shop to fix it while leaving my house WIDE OPEN and EXPOSED to the Rochester elements! When their technician called me in the morning to let me know he was on his way, I simply requested that they cover the window opening with SOMETHING. He told me he would return
