If a customer is unhappy with their chip repair, Mr. Glass will credit the chip repair and deduct if from the cost of a new windshield. This applies to insurance jobs as well as cash customers. My Glass replaced the custom arched window over our front door. Jose did an excellent job of installing the new window, with an eye to detail. He called when he was on his way, and was very professional. The price for glass and install was also very reasonable. I would strongly recommend them.

Surprised this place doesn't have more reviews! I've gone here twice: once my personal vehicle got broken into and I needed the window replaced, and the second time was last week when my work van's window got smashed. I store a lot of stuff in my work van, which can be seen through the windows, so it wouldn't be safe to park on the street or in a lot with a broken window. They offered to store my van in their garage over the weekend and called me first thing Monday morning that it was ready for pickup. No extra storage charge. I went to Mr Glass to replace my broken windshield. After removing it they called me to the back to show me how rusted the frame was and explained how it would be unsafe to replace the glass without first fixing the rust. Fortunately, just across the street there was a body shop, Sal’s Collision East. They were willing to do the work on short notice. A Tech from the body shop came over to Mr Glass to talk to me about the repair, quote a price, explain that he would not be able to match the paint perfectly. By the next day my car was ready to be picked up and the bill was less than the quote!

No one wants to end up needing their windshield replaced, but if you need to this is a solid, locally-owned place to go. If you have the option to go here over the big-name place, I recommend coming here instead. Their customer service was positive and everything went through insurance. When I had a chip a few months later, they charged me a little less than the cash price since I was a returning customer (labor/workmanship is guaranteed, but not the windshield itself). My only qualm was with communication about how long the process would take, but it was a busy day and they seemed rather overwhelmed

I'm really surprised that I'm the first person to review this place! I come here frequently for custom mirrors, replacement window panes, whole window replacement, re-glazing on wooden windows, storm window frames, etc. and they're always great. I went to another location nearby but found the quality of work and customer service to be above and beyond here. They definitely value their customers and it shows.
They also provide auto glass repairs but I've never used them for that so cannot speak to it though I would definitely come here if the need arose.
