I cannot say enough about the quality of service and professional work of the Zerorez team. They did both our house when we sold and the condo we just purchased. We even received compliment from the buyer’s realtor for leaving the house with such a clean carpet!

Estimate tool online and ability to book online was great. Technician walked through with me and confirmed the estimate. Explained process well ahead of time. Very friendly to our dog. Answered questions. Was able to move most standard-sized furniture and was willing to help move larger items with me.

Austin did a great job explaining what the process would look like, took care in his work to not damage work areas and was open to feedback. Carpets look great and the rooms smell good. 2 large dogs have trashed the carpeted rooms. Very happy with Zerorez! Highly recommended.

They keep you informed when they will arrive and how long the job takes. Brandon did a wonderful job on our carpet. Our carpets look like NEW again! Our carpets turned out so bright that it seem to brighten the rooms. Brandon treats your home with upmost respect to protect corners, walls and wood.
