My 24 years old Subzero has two problems, refrigerator temperature is not cold, ice maker no longer makes ice. Received a couple of estimates, very expensive replacement for the compressor. I went to shop for a new fridge, in the midst of decision. Pete’s was recommended to me by a friend. What a God send! They fixed my fridge replaced a small part for the ice maker. Everything is working! Price was so reasonable, professional and on time. It’s rare these days to find such honest company that are so good at what they do!!!Recommendations to everyone who needs high end appliances service!!!

Called to schedule a service for a Dacor stove. A woman on a phone asked for model and serial number before they could even schedule a service call. When I said I can't get serial number as it is on the back of the stove which is installed and hooked up to gas line and hardwired she flatly hung up. Called again, asked if I could speak to someone in charge. She replied she was in charge and again very rudely said that I need to get serial number. Extremely unpleasant, didn't seem to care for business whatsoever. I don't know how these places stay in business. Stay away from this store. If I could

Horrible! Came 4 times to fix something. Blamed them not knowing the full issue on me. Charged me Labor for every visit. Scratched my kitchen floor and did not install my dishwasher drain properly and flooded my kitchen. $500 later they claim no responsibility and instead argue it's not their fault. AWFUL!!!! My next step is small claims court

Never use this company. This company was sent as part of my warranty with the Bosch appliance I bought. Was supposed to call in advance and did not and then refused to work on the machine since it was double stacked. When I asked him to go through the cycles with me - the tech said - read you manual. I said that I was not asking for instructions but to test the machine. His tech said what are you "stupid" read your manual. Then he bills me and turns it over to collections. When it hits my credit report - if it does, I will be turning it over to my attorney to file a complaint and he can come to
