Had two broken windows, called and was immediately helped by Daniel, no waiting for the phone to ring, ask if i needed an app or if i can come in, he said they had some of the guy at the shop and could help me right away, got there was immediately greeted in a nice and professional manner by Daniel and he quickly got my windows looked at and got me a quote for the work, the prices were amazing, he told me we should have them done in no time, they called to let me know my windows were done, went to pick them up they had them ready and waiting and Daniel helped me out the door so i wouldn't risk

The window in my garage broke so I called High Desert Window and Glass I spoke with Amber she assured me that they could take care of the problem, I brought my window in beings I was only 5 minutes away I was expecting to wait until tomorrow to have it done they asked if I would like to wait for it that they could have it done in 20 minutes, my window is now back in and looks great and thank you for the T shirt. If you need a window replaced this is the place for you.

Horrible customer service. I had them come out to do the free estimate four windows and two sliding glass doors I was trying to get quotes of what it would be with them doing the labor and without them doing the labor and I was told by the supervisor that unless I go with them and let them do the labor they refuse to give me the measurements they came out to my house to do the free estimate for. Nowhere does it say nor do they tell you that you cannot have the measurements of your windows that they came to measure for free estimate is only if you go with them and let them do the labor.
