I have used this company more than 3 times, and so I can not understand the negative reviews that have been posted. The receptionist answered the phone very pleasantly. She told me they would be at my home between 12 and 3. Then called me back to let me know that they would be arriving in 40 minutes. ( which they did, almost to the minute). The repair men were very pleasant also. They fixed the leak, and did the work without any mess. The other times I used them, they never left a mess and were just as personable, friendly, and professional. I checked the reviews because I wasn't sure if this is

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely awful customer service. After having our oil burner stop working Monday night, my Husband called for a service Tuesday morning, against being advised by multiple people regarding their horrible service. Two inexperienced technicians came at 9 am and for 4 hours they made calls back and forth to someone else because they couldn’t figure out the problem. They told my husband that we would receive a call from their boss later that day to discuss further diagnostics and a possible fix for the problem. We never heard back from them until Wednesday morning

Charged me $706 dollars to change a bathroom faucet which I purchased, and two valve stems and diverter in the shower. They worked 1 1/2 hours. Workers did a good job. The rip off was the $312 they charged for the shower parts which you could buy at Home Depot for $13 ea.

Not anything about their services. This incident is about 2 of their employees. I called the business and relayed this information to a woman who couldn't care less. Good representation!
Today, 4/22/2020 at 8:15 am I was in the store located at 383 Smithtown Blvd. Lake Ronkonkoma NY as I am every day. Two males entered the store without wearing any masks or PPE. They SHOULD have been asked to leave immediately. They helped themselves to coffee and when I questioned the clerk she stated "well, they work right next door". The County Department of Health is being notified as well.
