Three years ago Kings Park Heating and Air installed a Rheem unit into my condo, charging me a fair price. I hired them based upon recommendations by family members and neigbors. Since day 1, this A/C has not been working correctly, its leaking refrigerant, and this company refuses to make appointments for service calls. i'm just looking to get this leak fixed before the warranty runs out, and this company refuses to call me back, and come out to service this A/C unit. They took my money and ran!

My heater was making terrible sounds and Joe from Kings Park Heating & Air took one look and knew exactly how to fix it. He also gave it a thorough examination and cleaning, which seems like a great thing to have done at the start of the heater season .
