I had septic tank pumped from this company and look at photos. These guys send truck in such a bad condition it leaked lots of oil at front of my house & all over Nebhior hood for blocks. It was so bad that all my neighbors complained. I called next day & spoke to a lady & she told me that I have call Orange County & they will clean it up “wow” Totally wrong I live in subdivision. Then I spoke to a manager he said he will take care of it and now 3 weeks passed and would not even answer or return my calls. Theses guys have junk trucks in desperate need of repair. I read some of the bad reviews, and I had the complete opposite experience. I called a couple other companies and they were all booked out a couple of days, and their prices seemed to me to be very high.
I called Mathis & Sons and they were able to come out the same day, and the price was very reasonable! Kenny called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I would recommend this company for service. I needed my septic tank pumped out. I was told they would be out between 1-3 and would get a call when they were on their way. I received a call at 2:20 and he arrived at 2:40. Kenny was prompt, professional and did a great job.

This company was irresponsible, after finish the job, they asked for money and walk off, we installed new tank and new drain, but we still have the problems, even worst than before, try to contact them, they cut off our calls , and tell us don’t disturb them, what kind of business ??? Horribly uncommunicative. We tried to schedule a septic inspection and they cancelled 30 minutes prior to the appointment without a word or a call to us so we could find another solution. We knew we were a bit out of their target area but we called to see if it was a possibility anyway and they assured us they could make it work. It’s understandable if it wasn’t possible, but to not inform us of the change in plan at all was very unprofessional. Would not recommend them.

I used Mathis and Sons to re-do my drain field and had a great experience with them. I got quotes from three different companies, and Mathis was not the lowest price, but it was the one that provided more information about the system they were going to install. Craig was very thorough and courteous. Each individual I talked to at Mathis and Sons from Craig, Scott, Rick, and Kenny, they were all very helpful and professional.
The only hiccup was that the health department was behind issuing the permit, and doing the inspection, which is totally out of their control. I would call Scott almost daily

Kenny from Mathis & Sons was amazing - I didn't have working toilets / showers for 2 days while the original guy assigned to the job dragged his feet and told his employers that the job was already done so he could have more time. I got assigned here after that, and these people are lightning fast. From the moment I was in their system it was less than 2 hours and the problems were solved. A+ guys!

Called this morning told them I needed my septic tank pumped out . The guy took my name address phone number told me that he would have somebody out between one and four this afternoon and that they would call me a half hour before getting there. The driver was right on time called me a half hour beforehand said he would be there in 15 minutes he was there in 15. The technician Mike was very very courteous professional explained everything that was going on pointed some things out to me that I didn't know glad he did.. overall experience was excellent no problems no waiting around will definitely

I called Mathis to inspect and empty septic. The employee called and told me it was damaged from landscaping work and would need replaced. I asked for a quote and he said Craig would contact me. He proceeded to empty tank without informing me. After speaking with Craig, I scheduled a time for him to come out and quote the replacement. He was over an hour late to the appointment. When he arrived, he began telling me all the things I’d require as part of replacement. He hadn’t even seen the tank or location before telling me things. When I asked questions, he gave multiple conflicting answers

It's not a good thing when your toilets won't flush. We had our drains backing up into the house. We called Mathis and Sons and they were out that afternoon to help us. Our Septic system was 28 years old and draining slowly. About two weeks later the drain field failed completely. We called Mathis again and they had a supervisor and a pump truck at… our house within an hour. They determined that the field needed to be replaced and they pumped the tank again. We received a quote to replace the field before they left. Jeff Mathis was at our house the next day to take measurements for the system

Would not recommend anyone to use their service. Worst service ever.Lack of customer service. No quality on their work. Did a drain field at our property and a few months later we saw water coming out of the… ground. Call them and it took for ever for them to arrive to our location. Ask for a million questions and finally arrive after a few weeks of calling them everyday. Craig showed up to our property. We hading look at what might be the problem. Told me he was going to come back with a crew to figure put what was the problem and go from there. After no one showed up I decided to call
